I have struggled for months trying to learn Premiere. Usually giving up and going back to Rush because it was easier to understand. This is the best class I have ever seen. Had me using and understanding from the start. Being a long time photographer your comparisons really helped to understand.

Abba Shapiro presents Premiere Pro in a really unintimidating and enjoyable way. The lessons are organized and concise. He points out a lot of helpful tips. I really liked this course and have returned to it many times already. Highly recommended if you're starting out.

I've taken many classes at CreativeLive for more than 10 years. Abba Shapiro is the best instructor at making sure the student knows which toolset and feature he is using and where his cursor is when he takes an action. For people with reduced vision, this is so valuable.

GREAT tutorial and does exactly what it says it will. I was putting together a memorial video for a recently deceased family member of a bunch of old family films at different film rates, and I'd never made a video in my life. I considered outsourcing the project initially but decided that I wanted the ultimate vision/control of the project because I had a definite idea of where I wanted the video to go. I initially purchased a course from a different photography website, and it just left me confused because it was too advanced. I found this one after asking for suggestions from a photography group, and I'm really glad I did. Abba's very organized, clear way of teaching helped me figure out the basics of this program. I finished my film, and I'm so happy with it. Thank you, Abba.

Does what it says on the tin: great end-to-end overview of all the key points of using Premiere. Good explanations of some videography production terms and techniques thrown in for good measure.

Great course and a good introduction to Premiere Pro. The only suggestion is to provide class material for students to follow along with the instructor and create while learning.

This class is exactly what I needed! I've been trying to understand Premiere Pro for a year now and I've never been able to do anything with it. I had the feeling that I would never succeed and yet... Abba Shapiro is not only a great teacher, but also the kind of person that makes everything looks so simple. I loved that class and even though I've got everything I needed from it, I really want to do the Premiere Pro bootcamp this year. I want to go further and learn Premiere in depth, just for fun cause that's what it was! With Abba Shapiro, I had fun learning this super-complexe program! It was fun, easy and super rewarding!!!

Abba Shapiro had some hickups during the presentation, but overall a really good class to get you started with Adobe Premiere. Recommended to everybody who wants the big picture from scratch and does not want to fiddle around with dozens of YT "tutorials".

This class was exactly what I needed! I was able to edit and finish my first "Tasty Style" recipe video for my blog. Hooray!

This course was great. Instructor explained quite complicated processes in a way I could more easily understand, and although I will no doubt need much practice to perfect the art of video content creation, this has given me a very solid understanding of the basics of using Premiere Pro. Highly recommend.

This is a great class. As a novice, I have had to watch it and experiment many times, but it is clear, precise and detailed enough to completely understand the program. I do realize I will need more training but this is the perfect start.

An awesome class that makes the initial hoorays to Premiere Pro so much less intimidating and is guarantee to save you a lot of time. I've created about a hundred clips over the last year or so and after this course identified a huge amount of productivity boosters and also learned a few things to improve the quality of my produce. Looking forward to more in-depths courses. One last comment -- it is basic and gives cursory overview of the topics listed. Do not expect anything too deep or advanced but if you're self-taught, Youtube-style person who still drags the clips around or copy-pastes attributes across all clips, this course will be a great way to improve many of the routine tasks.

I approached Premiere Pro CC on my own for a few months and I was still intimidated by it, but this course I can now optimize my workflow and augment the quality of my videos dramatically. It is very well paced and perfect for learning the basics and learn a few tricks of the trade in the meantime.

One more amazing class from Abba! The is a fantastic teacher who would explain complicated issues and make it souds so simple. Lots of information to work with. Really great speaker and his humor is brilliant. Love his class!!! Will be rewatching it again and again.

This is an excellent class to learn Adobe Premiere Pro - there's a lot of information included and Abba is a great teacher. He's clear and to the point and easy to listen to. Highly recommend.

Just what I need to kick start video projects

This is the most succinct class for Premiere Pro that gives you exactly what you need to get started. The software is deep, but this will get you up and running in less time than trying to find it in a book or on the web. Abba's style is easy to listen to and he doesn't waste words as he takes you through the panels to show the options and how to think about not only using the tools but how to organize your media to make it easier to get the job done. Teaming with Colin Smith was great because Colin is also on Creative Live and gives great tutorials in Photoshop Cafe so it was fun to see the video they created together.

This class is very thorough. The teacher is clear and methodical. He is detailed and well paced. I'm glad I got the email invitation to watch this. I would buy it if it were in my budget this month. I will keep my eyes open for other classes taught by Abba.

Abba's class is helping me so much - I have filmed the footage for a documentary I'm making but the thought of editing was such a daunting task I kept on putting it off. Thanks to this course I feel so much more confident about getting started. Thanks Abba!
