Creating Fantasy Landscapes with Bret Malley

I've been compositing for years and as with anything in Photoshop, there are a zillion ways to do something. I enjoyed this class. In addition, there were tricks I learned that I didn't know before. This class is not "too beginner." I"m in Syracuse. I recognize some of the waterfalls!

Very clear, practical and easy to understand tips that make significant and amazing changes in what otherwise will be regarded as a normal photograph - he brings normal to extraordinaire in a very clear and organized set of steps. Very well organized workflow. I loved this class.

As others have said, this is fast paced. But I learned *so* much in the span of such a short time-- I really enjoyed it! Some classes take forever to get to the point, but Bret cuts right to the chase, and as someone who has a short attention span, I appreciated that. Also, he does zoom through Photoshop, but as he alluded to in the class, I think this was originally part of "Photoshop Week," so I think they're assuming that you're already somewhat familiar with Photoshop. If you aren't, then you will be lost, so take a basic Photoshop class first.

This is a great class. Bret is a terrific teacher and speaker. This is fast paced, however, and he does move quickly through things but that is actually a pro instead of a con to me. I absolutely loved his thoughts about creating your own gallery of 'stock' images, background and textures. I feel inspired by this class and capable of creating my own fantasy landscapes. Thank you!

This was very good. I know Bret knew what he was doing when he was zooming through his layers, but I found it very hard to follow and really understand everything he was doing. I nice chap and good class.

I loved Bret Malley's approach to combining multiple images to create a fantasy landscape. Everything he teaches ​can be applied to all genres of photography; there is a ton of information in this course. He is an engaging, easy to follow instructor and I can't wait to apply his workflow to my composites!
