Lifestyle Family Photography with Emily Lucarz

I looooved the course and Emily is so great with the clients it is hard not to love her. She offers great customer service and this is what I miss in many photographers nowadays, it makes all the difference!

Such a jam packed session on family lifestyle photography. I want to watch it over again! Emily is very good at explaining what you need to do during these sessions to keep the family interacting and get unique shots that the family will love. I also appreciated that there was a lot of information for photographers just starting out (i.e, me!).

I love this course. I have to watch it again and again. I finished my degree in fine art photography last year and this course gave me more than last two semesters. :-)

I was so engrossed by this course that I basically I saw the whole thing all in one sitting. Emily is so knowledgeable and thorough and what was not covered was done so through questions from others. I enjoyed it immensely and she made it seem so natural and gave me the confidence to know that I am pretty much able to take on lifestyle photography. Loved it and you will too if you are into this type of photography.

I was blessed to catch this during an "on air now", and watched every second. WOW, the inspiration. Emily's heart shows through in this class. She's warm, fun, and knows how to engage her clients. She's also obviously a smart business woman and knows how to hustle! WELL worth your time/money to watch.

I LOVED this class. Emily really speaks to those of us that want to remain professional but can't help but have heart. She made me see that it's okay to relate to your customers more personally (something I love to do but most books teach us to be cold and business-like), it seems to make her business thrive and I hope I can follow in her footsteps! The information given in the class is truly priceless, be prepared to take lots of notes!

Emily is so relatable and puts things in perspective that lifestyle is the best! I watched this class, rewatched it and can't wait to own it for myself (it's on my wishlist). I purchased her prep guide available in her shop and can't wait to use it!

This may very well be the most comprehensive, easy-to-utilize, business-changing-for-the-better session I have ever watched. I am a newbie, so I need lots of mentoring. I was just hoping on here to post how much I loved this class. I used to be a portrait photographer, veered away for a bit to focus on more conceptual art photography but i still am interested in lifestyle photography. Emily is very inspiring, her bubbly personality was a joy to watch how she interacts with families especially the kids. Her work is phenomenal! (in response to one of the bad reviews, about her cutting off children shooting on a live workshop while tethered and teaching can easily explain this away as you can tell from her portfolio that she always has compositionly beautiful images) This class has renewed and inspired my love of lifestyle and i have been shooting so much since the class! Definitely used her tips and tricks to improve my pictures! highly recommend this class!

Emily did an amazing job of covering so much content! It was awesome getting to watch how she works her magic on a shoot. She had so many great tips! Loved learning about how she runs her business from start to finish too.

How easily Emily was able to relate great lessons (that I have begun to apply) to her real world experience (so that I would know how to properly apply them) was awesome!

This will be my second class from CL and I'm so excited to have it and be able to reference it in the future. I've recently reached a point where I'm busier than ever so Emily's demonstration of how Iris works for her business was really eye opening. That may be a game changer for me in mine. Additionally, one of the other things I loved was how Emily talked about starting small and building up with the energy during a session to get those amazing interactive shots between the kids. I'd never thought about it that way but it makes sense to do it intentionally like that. We don't often get to see another photographer at work so this was really helpful and I know I learned so many things that I'll take with me for my business.

I absolutely loved this course! So worth every penny! It was just what I needed to light my fire and get organized with my photography business. It's so hard to know where to begin when turning a hobby into a business, but Emily gave so many great tips! I would totally recommend this to another photographer! I watched it live but ended up purchasing it because I wanted to make sure I could come back and get all the details. I've been doing Lifestyle Family Photography for a few years and this will help me get better organized for my session, communicating with my clients, and thinking through the light/rooms/images/ with my clients in their home. I just had a session this past Saturday and I know that I was better prepared because of Emily's class. Now off to create my client questionnaires!! Thanks Emily!

Loved this course. Emily hit all the buttons. She really knows her stuff and shares it all with great knowledge and with a kind heart. You can tell she really cares about people. She's not just a business woman. I really appreciate. Someone mentioned that she shoots a great deal. Well, of course, if you are a documentary/lifestyle shooter, you need to shoot lots and lots of shots to capture those moments and in between moments.

Emily was a great in-site into the world of lifestyle family photography. I think she had great direction & has opened my eyes to what can help my business.

Great course! I love being able to see how Emily interacts with the families in their homes. I also like being able to see how she culls the images- that's always the hardest part for me!
