I loved the course. But as a vegetarian it's not really a sustainable way of living. If I were a meat and fish eater I would definitely give it a go.

This class was great - I love that it is presented as a framework so you can fit your own personal needs into it. Jonathan exhaustively covers the ideas, examples, and benefits of this strategy for better living.
Great class. Love the science presentation - I hate how many sales pitches we get constantly with no actual science behind it. The recipes look yummy - will try them today, along with starting the exercises. Just one problem - why is he using and talking about water in plastic bottles in this day and age. Lose the plastic! There is a lot of science on how that damages us, including our metabolism, and we know how much it damages the planet.
Love Bailor and Carrie. They create content that can have a dramatic positive influence on anyone's life.
I am very much enjoying this class. And I also appreciate the student who mentioned that their body had difficulty with xylitol. Since everyone's body is different, it seems that NOTHING is always best for everyone.
I have listened to the podcast and read the book and this course is a reaffirmation of the science and the recipes are great too. Well worth the time and money to me. if you have struggled with your weight fluctuating regularly this will certainly give you valuable information.
