All About the Attribute Widget
Welcome back chatbot fans, let's take a look at the attribute widget. Um we're gonna click more and add our attribute widget, the attribute widget is something which is not going to be used that often, it's more of an internal organization sort of thing. If you want to know which people came from, let's say which campaign. So for example, say we're running messenger ads and we're interested in knowing which leads in our system came from any specific page of our chatbot funnel. So I would add this attribute widget to the top of that page. You know, you might have a couple of things like a quick question and a form and a gym and an image and you have a whole texting, let's say, for example, we're running a back to school sale and we're running this campaign through facebook ads, which I'm gonna show you how to set up of course, and I want to know exactly which leads came from this campaign specifically, so I would just click and attribute and I would um I would type in campaign to um to ...
create a custom attribute and I would enter a value, like back to school, let's say facebook and that'll be my value. So now once I have my audience section and I'm looking at my leads or I export them into a Crm, I know which people came through this campaign, okay, that's really what the attribute, which it is used for, it's not something which is necessarily important to everybody to know which campaign that came from, there's other ways to attract these sorts of things, But again, if you want to have that sort of organization in your crm, that's what the attribute, which is noble monkey is used for.
