Analyzing Chat Blast Results
Howdy chatbots fans welcome back in this very quick lecture. I'm gonna show you how to analyze results from a chat blast. So you're going to navigate over to your chat blaster window through the marketing, under the marketing automation sub menu in the left hand navigational menu. And you're gonna see a list of all the chat blasts that you've run in the past. So here's a few of them that we've run for a real client. You could see the name of the chat blast, you could see what date it was sent over here, its status as being if it's green it's completely sent. Um And if you hover over any of these blasts you'll see the percentage, the percentage numbers change the actual numbers. So if we look at this middle one Henry mid century 83% read 35%, 35% responded. Those are incredibly high numbers and then you can see the actual numbers over here once you hover over and this sm special coupon that's when we sent just very briefly ago today. And if you take a look at this top one over here S. M...
. Special, this is the one that we sent um just a few minutes ago and it already has a 50.6% read rate 19% responded rate that's really high especially within the first hour of being sent. So this is where you come to take a look at the results from your chat blasts and hopefully you'll have a long list of really really highly engaging chat blasts to look back on and feel proud about. Um there are additional analytics, there's bot analytics um and we'll take a look at that later when we talk about audiences and audience insights. But for now that's a really a good primer on chat blasts, a bunch of different ideas, a bunch of different creative structures to them, uh putting techniques, drafting them out, looking at the results, sending them out live checking and monitoring them in your facebook messenger.
