What Are Your Guiding Principles And Rules

So we've named your group, we started publishing content. If you're doing all these things right, you should be attracting the right audience to your facebook group. People are going to start engaging, they're going to have fun and they're going to be interesting and kind but you're going to encounter people who violate your group rules to make sure that the experience of all of your members remains positive. It's up to you as a community leader to keep us safe and enjoyable environment. Your rules don't need to be scary, But they're going to help you set up the foundation to manage conflict because it will happen. How can you accomplish this well by setting up rules for the game and what do I mean? What I mean is that you want to establish clear group rules. They're going to help you moderate your community and engage and manage conflict when it arises. These rules are going to be helpful in moderating the group properly. For example, if someone is bullying or not abiding by the rules...

, you can use them as an admin as a community leader to temporarily disable that member from interacting, posting or even leaving comments. But if you don't have those rules, it becomes really difficult to moderate and manage that conflict. So don't be afraid to enforce those rules and ban people from your community. The last thing you want is for good members to leave because they don't feel comfortable use your rules to ban people if they're hindering conversations within your facebook group and making them feel uncomfortable
