Use Feedback & Share Collections in Lightroom Mobile®
First things first. Let's go to the computer, I have to show you something. So, we had a question, inside of the, mobile photography workflow area, so people have been commenting, and one of the comments that I got, which was quite funny, is this one, so this is the photo, right, and if I go to the right-hand side and I scan down, you'll see all of the comments, right? And one of them was, let's see, here, Karen says very nice, composite? And so the answer to that question is, no it's actually not a composite. He is actually shooting a golf ball from a mountain above the clouds. And, to prove that point, and to tease what we're going to be doing in the next lesson, I will show you how I know that, because if I go here, there's a little tag right here, see that little tag? That tells me that the geolocation is on. I know where that photo was taken. And I'm gonna click on it now, and show you where it was taken. So it's going, there we are. This was taken on the island of Maui, at the to...
p of Haleakala, which oftentimes is above the clouds. And we happened to be there on a golf vacation, and we went up there, and we were above the clouds, and the sun was setting, and we were all like, this is really cool. And my brother-in-law says, "I've gotta hit a golf ball off here." (laughing off-camera) So, he runs and grabs a golf ball, and grabs his, driver, and he hits it off into the clouds, and I'm like, "You realize that that's not just clouds down there. (laughing off-camera) "That's actually, there could be a house, a car, a person "riding down the, "you have no idea what you just did." But anyway, he just had to hit a golf ball off of Haleakala above the clouds, so, that is a real event that happened, but you can see that I've got that photo, and because I have a photo, there I have the tags, and what we're gonna talk about soon, in one of our next lessons, is how to institute these tags, so that you can see everywhere you are taking photographs. So if I go, right now, it's just showing what I have within this collection, but if I were to highlight all of my images, you would see photos all over the world. And so, I can find images, based on where I was, so for instance, there is the Snake River. You can see that it just pops up there. And so I know where all of these photos are, based on this map. And then we're gonna show you how to geotag those, which, some people probably look at that and think, yeah, not that important, but once you start realizing the usefulness of the maps, you'll find that you want your images geotagged. And so, we'll show you how to geotag 'em in many different circumstances, whether or not you have a geotagging option on your camera, devices that you can hook to your camera, and also just using your phone to make that happen, so we're gonna show you that next segment.

I was able to participate in the live taping of this course in the CL San Francisco studios, and it was a great experience. Jared is an enthusiastic, entertaining and very knowledgeable trainer as well as an accomplished photographer. He not only understood every aspect of the Lightroom mobile technology, but was able to advise us on how to adapt it to our needs and develop an efficient workflow to leverage the capabilities of this emerging technology. There are complexities of the interface between your mobile devices, the LR Mobile Cloud, and your primary computer that would be challenging to figure out on your own, and I highly recommend this course as a way to provide a clear picture and help you develop a path to adopt this very useful technology. Whether you're a high volume professional photographer or an avid hobbyist, you will find ways to incorporate LR mobile into your workflow as a result of this very informative course.

Great course for those who are new to Adobe mobile products or for those who want to understand how to implement an organised and efficient Adobe Mobile Lightroom Workflow. I was in the live audience and over two days Jared covers everything from beginner to advanced in a logical sequence with clear demonstrations, excellent supporting visual materials, detailed Q and A and a fun and engaging delivery. I'm really excited about what is possible! Definitely worth buying and watching from start to finish.

This class is ESSENTIAL for anyone in photography. Jared's teaching style, humor and sheer knowledge have me so excited about everything I can do with Lightroom Mobile and all the FREE Adobe CC for products that go along with it. I am currently reorganizing my entire LR catalog in order to utilize these tools for my past, current and future work. I cannot emphasize enough the amazing value of this class. I was lucky enough to be in the audience for this class and had such a fun time. So many aha moments. He really knows how to make a seemingly complex subject simple and easy to use.
