How to win client loyalty for the long term

Now listen, I've already mentioned this a couple of times throughout this course. So please feel free to revisit some of the lessons that I've already mentioned in regards to, you know, keeping clients trust, et cetera, et cetera. Keeping clients loyal comes down to one or two things. One, making sure you always exceed or at least meet their expectations exceed if possible. Number two, make sure you put their interests in front of yours. It's as simple as that loyalty comes in those two forms. Make sure that exceed or meet expectation and make sure that you always put their needs in front of your own. Make sure you care, actually care for your client, try it, put their needs in front of yours and I can guarantee they may not spend every penny with you, but they will always come back to you and you have a relationship and a connection where they know you'll never let them down. And that is the most important thing in the world, especially when you're trying to make a living as a freelan...

cer or a service provider anyway, really quick lesson. But I just needed to get that in there. Before we finish the course growth, it's super important. It's one of the most important lessons I want to share with you. I'll see you in the next lesson.
