That was neat. I am happy I got out and shot photos again. It had been a while I haven't done a full on day of shooting. I feel energized again. Although tired from all the editing. There's a lot of photos I once to do, but pumped that I got out again. It's like I said at the beginning, it's good to see me do it, but what you need to do is practice it and do it yourself, right? You need to come up with the way that you tell stories. And this is pretty much true to me. It's just this blue hour, there's old motorcycles, there's Montana. It fits me, but it might not fit you. Right? So this summer, you have the whole summer ahead and it's the best time to go experiment that. So imagine now, today, that you're in September and you're looking back at what you shot. What would you be proud to have shot? What do you wanna look back and be like, yeah I'm glad I had this set and this set. I'd say the easiest thing, you'd almost pick a summer project. Pick something that you wanna work on this su...
mmer that's easy. Not just some crazy trip somewhere that you might go for a week. Something that you can do every day or every week. Could be your girlfriend. It could be around your house. It could be your city. Doesn't have to be nature. Just work on a project that will take you the whole summer. And then you can look back on it and have this cool set whether it's on a website, or on a magazine, or a small magazine, or big magazine. You'll learn so much about how you tell stories by doing that. So I hope that you picked an assignment and then you send it to me when you've done it in September.
