Well, you know you had a horrible hair person way horrible make a person status. Now, once a test, despite the harsh person get is the stylus because they had to pull close. So when you're doing a test, you probably won't have a stylist, but you should have some simple flows like simple tops. Prop close, call them. You have proper clothes for your testing. When you started to test, I could be like a t shirt or something from no h v, something expensive, they confront every girl all the time. We're doing jobs, though you have a stylist, you have this big team. The most important part of your team for testing in the beginning of your career is funny person do makeup and hair making bodice you need to know how did you make up? How did you hear and how they work together? They're part of your team there, part of your team, the hair stylists, makeup artists, hairstyles, they a part of your team? So I asked about that, and they would like that you ask about that, because now you're speaking their language, they look at your pictures and say, go see a booker and they're looking at pictures they hate your hair and makeup. You can now ask that when you have hair people and they let you like working with and find your team that way, if you're in a town where they don't have agencies, you know your local mall and go to your mac store and finds very creative people use at the mac store and find a great makeup artist there. Not as much it's no easier um with the making agencies it's not as intense is going to see the model bookers says it's easier if you have an easier time so you can call you can make an appointment go see them but you have an easier time the mollen bookers are much stricter they're harder on you um we'll make it so easy you have an easier time getting hairy makeup versus the model agent but do make the appointments to go see them get to know them because they are part of your team and they will be calling you all the time to do great work they will love you have been calling you all the time I want to give you a different hair people didn't make people to build their books good question so steve eighty six had asked where's the best place to find makeup artists of hairstyles and joe holley said model mayhem is mostly models is their site specifically for hairstyles and make a part of you okay so model mayhem does have uh makeup artists, hairstyles and and stylists there and you can be fined five bitter hair and makeup you can models on those sites but on the professional level where you find great makeup bars hair stylists, producers lebouc dot com led be okay dot com it's a great sight for everything production in the industry if I could hire to do a job and portugal and I want to find uh producer I'll get a little dot com a new job in paris I want to find uh the model agencies, hair and makeup stylists I was in the book dot com ele e be okay dot com very cool. Are you putting together so high on your team? We talked about this before your local makeup counter. If you're in a small area where they don't have agencies, go to your local mall and go to, um, fashion fair council of the making of the mac counter find a different counter and watch them for a moment and what they're doing and learn about makeup give your team images so you're working for free you all come together to collaborate and make images you're going to give them images right away you're giving him just to the hair person make a person, uh, model you're giving them the work. So this is why we're all working together to build each of those portfolios or websites? Well, I've had your building, the work together, and you're forming a bond with the team.
