posing women: a step-by-step guide
I enjoyed this course and got so much out of it. I expected it to be foundational (after all, it's Posing 101) and it is. Lindsay is articulate and clear. She gets to the point, while clearly covering the whats, hows, and whys. I especially enjoyed when Lindsay incrementally built up a particular pose, took a photo at each step, and explained the what and why of each change. Curves, elongation, & negative space. Thanks, Lindsay!
Lindsay Adler is an amazing teacher (and photograph also lol)
Really good tips and demonstration thank you
Highly recommend this class! I learned so much about different styles of posing, what to look for in the body, and how to direct a model. SO helpful.
Another great course by Lindsey Adler. Lindsay is a master of masters. Lindsay taught techniques learned over many years of experience. Lindsay always works harder than anyone. She always comes very well prepared. She is a fabulous photographer and a terrific teacher.
Lindsay does a great job at taking you through many poses. She not only shows you the poses, but explains why she chooses each for the particular model.
Such a great class. I learned so many posing tips and feel so much more confident when getting photographed. Lindsay teaches you the basics and breaks down the essentials to ensure you look your best in pictures.
This class was a pleasure to watch. Lindsay Adler as always studies the subject to a great extent and then provides it in a very clear and entertaining way to her audience. This class includes all the essentials about posing women. It contains very useful information, tips, and tricks to improve one's photography of women. It further contains great instructions on how to add artistic twists to every pose that could flatter the subject being photographed. I highly recommend this class to serious photographers who want to improve their skills of photographing female subjects.
I found the overall class very informative and a great addition to my tool kit when photographing individuals. The bigger item she had in this class for me was her talk on her failure to get a job with her portfolio and why. It really opened my eyes that I too had fallen into a rut with my creativeness and needed to open my personal aperture.
