Super helpful course. Thank you Amy! One thing I learned is the importance of speaking to one person while you're filming. I have a membership site and I've been struggling to be lively and dynamic in my videos. I think this will be a game changer for me!

Absolutely love this! Have been following Amy for a while so tonfind that she jad a creative live course was amazing. Amy is clear concise and really explains everything in such a way you not only know exactly what she is saying but also the belief that you can do it to. She is really approachable and you can tell she genuinely cares and wants the student to get the most out of her class as possible. It was nice to see that her edited personality on YT is actually how she is unedited. The content was the best I have found ANYWHERE. She pulls in experts that know their subject well and also how to teach it well. Can not reccommend enough. Do advise watching a couple of times as you will find something new that stands out the second time aroumd that you missed the first time even if you are an avid note taker

Excellent course and I recommend adding the audio version of her book - it adds a slightly different 'flavor' to what she teaches in this course. My only issue with this course is how the 'guys' didn't add to the course when they discussed gear, etc -

Great Class! I learned so much about not only being in front of the camera, but also behind the scenes, equipment, how to optimize your videos to get maximum views, and a great segment on video editing. While I was watching the lessons, my kids were asking me "Mom, why do you need to watch a class on how to make a video?" Then, I realized that they got quiet all of a sudden...and they were actually listening to Amy and learning a thing or two! I Highly recommend it.

Amy is a good speaker and she's also very good at conveying information. Though she asks the audience: "Does that make sense?" a lot! And I mean a lot a lot. It gets a big weird for me to hear it so often. As if she thinks the audience is not smart enough to get it every time. I'm sure she didn't mean it that way ... but it comes across that way. It's like asking if someone understand what you're saying, at the end of every sentence.

I was gifted a class by CreativeLive as part of their affiliate program, and I had no idea which class to pick. I searched for a class on vlogging because I had only recently begun a YouTube channel and posted my first video. I knew that my skills needed much improvement, so I chose this class. After listening to all of the lessons, I have the confidence and know-how to make a more professional looking/sounding vlog. Honestly, if I knew the valuable information that this class provides, I would've gladly paid for it out of my own pocket. That's how useful this class is for anyone looking to vlog or improve their vlogging skills. Thank you, Amy and colleagues, so much for giving me the tools to vlog like a boss!
