Negotiation Classes Online

Anthony Iannarino is an excellent teacher. I have seen the concepts and principles that he teaches ring true in and my experience in B2B sales with large creative projects. For anyone seeking to sharpen their sales technique I would highly recommend this class.

Beate is amazing... and no fault of hers, bit this one is really hard to watch because it keeps cutting in an out and CreativeLive going off air in the middle of her speaking. Granted this presentation appears to be a re-run, but usually CreativeLive does better technicially. I even tried different browser simultaneously and same result. Hopefully this isn't a ploy to buy it because at this point I would be apprehensive of the same results.

Like others have said, Ted has a sincere desire to help creatives. He is very open in his teaching style. I got a lot of of his class and highly recommend it.

I'm a photographer with only a couple of years of marketing my services. However, I have never bothered negotiating because I never felt like I knew what to follow-up with if they said no. Vanessa really helped me understand how to alter my approaches for each situation and different clients. I also have heard of a few skills, such as a Plan B if the cost is an issue, but I had no idea how to approach it. FYI: several of these reviews nitpick on her saying she's a researcher and doesn't have a PhD and whatnot. She actually said at the beginning that she's "a science junky." Don't let the minor details she gets wrong to keep you from trying the course, it is EXTREMELY beneficial as a whole!

I took this course primarily to help me in my business career but I also took a way a lot of great knowledge for my personal and romantic relationships. A lot of this stuff is pretty dense and will take time to get it down but worth it.

This class was so much more than the title indicates. If you are in sales, you must with this but all the information applies to working with people and building relationships. I subscribed to his blog during the class because I was so enthralled. He is an expert and an excellent communicator and presenter. The course is well-worth the money as it's chock-full of information and "ah-ha!" moments.

Excellent course for those who want to learn how to argue efficiently and respectfully. I've read Jay Heinrich's two books and was thrilled to see he had a course on here. It helped me consolidate the extensive knowledge I gained from his "Thank you for Arguing" (great book!). Unlike some, I loved his quirky presentation style! But then, as a huge fan, I'm biased!

I took an entire work day off to attend this online course. It was so worth it!. I've read Anthony's books, and I've been applying his methods and adopting the mindset of being "other-oriented," and my success is taking off in a big way. Just about everything in this session is in his books in some form, sometimes exactly, but seeing Anthony live and hearing the passion and commitment to practicing what is in the books was exciting, motivating, and sticky. The combination of reading the books, working through the workbooks, reading the blog, and now, seeing it all live is powerful stuff! I highly recommend dedicating a day for this class.

I read Jay's book, Thank You For Arguing, a couple years ago, and it was life-changing! The course is terrific too and absolutely worth taking to learn how to communicate more effectively with other people, particularly anyone who may not understand or agree with your perspective or whose support you may need for something but don't know how to ask for or get it. Like in his book, the advice, ideas, and strategies Jay shares in this course will help you become a more confident communicator and also have more successful and happier interactions and relationships as a result. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this class. It was chock full of information that I will be chewing on for awhile. I love hearing the examples after learning the process. It helped with the understanding of what we had just gone over. I would recommend this class for everyone, whether it be for your job or your life in general. We all need these skills in our arsenal. Jay Heinrichs does a terrific job in his instruction of these rhetoric concepts.
