I have the course on Lightroom CC. SO, I have all of the information I need on the computer technical side. However, I had no information on how the colts relate to each other. This is actually what this course teaches: how the colors relate to each other. Now the course on Lightroom CC will make more sense.

Great course but it really really is just the tip of the iceberg. I feel like I know what I would use Lightroom for in my work. But what is not how. So I liked the course but I'm anxious to go to the next one - which for me will be Lightroom CC for Beginners. I met Jared over on a Canon digital workflow course and loved his teaching style. I'm so glad to see that he has a bunch of content on Creative Live. So, great course but you'll get just about what you'd expect for $29 and one hour of Jared's time and your time.

This class is perfect for beginners. Jared explains everything super clearly and at the right pace. I really recommend it to beginners before opening Lightroom for the 1st time!

I have been a photographer for six years and have always used Photoshop to edit due to my background in graphic design. Learning Lightroom has been on my to-do list for years. If I had known it was this easy, I would have made the time before now to learn. This course is GREAT for the beginner! It has been so helpful to clear up my confusion about how Lightroom works, and from now on I will definitely use it to edit the majority of my photos. Jared's presentation is very clear. Thanks!

I like the classes. I like Jared's presentation style. I look forward to more. And that's the problem. I set aside time this a.m. to watch these videos, and instead of streaming back to back, they are piecemealing the classes. How about, if you have signed up for them, you can watch them ALL instead of having to wait. 45 minutes of video, in an hour and a half.

The only thing I can say is WOW ! I'm an old coot and now retired. Finally I get to work on photography. I have been wondering what photo editing program I was going to purchase. It looks like Lightroom . I just don't know which version . I'm running widows 10 . I truly hope Jared makes more videos on light room. I'll sure be watching those bad boys. Thanks for sharing your knowledge we me , I truly appreciate it.

As a first time user of Lightroom, this course was the perfect course for me to get started. I was looking for a course that would take me to the very beginning of what to do once Lightroom was installed on my computer, and this course was definitely it. Worth the money and I recommend it highly to brand new users of Lightroom.

As a new lightroom user, this class has been a great learning tool. I refer back to it often.

I thought Jared did a good, clear job of explaining the software, and of helping me understand how to use it.

Wow, Jared's teaching style is so user friendly, I even learned some shortcuts to my keyboard. This class is a great introduction to make Lightroom less overwhelming for someone who knows nothing about LR.

I'm only so-so computer savvy and I learned a lot but have never used a mac and his computer set up is much different than my windows 7. Had trouble following some of his instructions and key stroke jargon. Also file system looks different.

Jared does an excellent walk-through of the absolute basics of LR in this video series. I would recommend watching this (free) rebroadcast over at least twice and invest in his LR 101 course on CL. The 101 course is where the real gist of making full use of LR lies - I did exactly this and am quite happy with my decision. Thanks JP - doing an awesome service you are, Sire :)
