Can I download class materials?

Yes! Any class materials that come with the purchase of a CreativeLive class will be accessible to subscribers.

Can I buy classes individually?

Yes, you can purchase individual classes! Our catalog contains many classes that are "lifetime resources" that you may want to keep for reference. Buying a class individually gives you the rights to download and save the class to your own computer for perpetual access.

Is the Creative Live subscription eligible for a refund?

After purchasing the subscription, you have a 7-Day period within which you can try the full subscription out and request a refund if you are not satisfied.

After this 7-Day period, we are unable to refund your charge. You are still able to cancel your subscription auto-renewal at the following link. Please note that if you are on an annual commitment plan that is charged monthly, you will continue to be billed for the remaining months. If you are on a yearly plan, you will continue to have benefits until your date of expiration.
