Loved this course... but the disparagement of our gorgeous wombats by Kelly goes too far... (just joking). It's a fantastic course with a lot of information. Definitely one to watch again and again to pick up on all the great information.

It's a good class, however I notice more and more creativelive classes have REALLY good cover photos, and then the photos created in class are nowhere near as spectacular looking, which is disappointing.

Kelly is amazing. Her creativity, attention to detail and preparation that goes into her shoots are extraordinary. She quietly shares and teaches all with generosity and love. My favourite kind of mentor.

Kelly is a wonderful instructor who breaks things down to easily understand the content yet plants a seed to enable ones own vision. This course about Storytelling Portraiture is, in my opinion, the backbone of photography. Every portrait has meaning, has a story to someone. Although Kelly took that to a whole different level in this course, the foundation enables one to think and plan their portraits from simple meaning to more elaborate storytelling. I loved how Kelly took us through the process of vision to implementation for a single capture in camera. Being in the studio audience also gave me a whole new level of appreciation for the efforts of many that go into these valuable educational courses. Kelly has really shown us how to stretch our wings and our imaginations when it comes to creating amazing art pieces for our clients. From meeting a client, learning their story, thought processes and places to look for inspiration and right through to concept formation and implementation. The wealth of knowledge she shares with us as she encourages us to get out there and make it all happen, is truly phenomenal. I’m a fan of Kelly being drawn to her persona reeled me into he researching her work. This course superseded any expectation I may have had. As Ihe work with babies is what I was more familiar with when I heard of Kelly. This course will help me improve with the overall creative process.

Kelly Brown is a Master at what she does. Such a treat to see her in her element and get behind the scenes advice from her workflow. Great well-rounded instruction and information for any photographer seeking to add to their education.

Kelly shares how she digs deep with her clients to shoot something unique and taylored to them. Everyone has a story, including Kelly and she really lets you in from conception to sketch and final image. Kelly creates 5 portraits that are so personal to each of her subjects telling their story. It is incredible to watch. Kelly demonstrates her editing process and explains why she makes certain choices for her final image. The end of this class is filled with tips for printing and things to consider when entering print competion. If your looking for inspiration this class will get you jumping out of your box and into a whole new way to look at your next client!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this class is. Kelly does not disappoint in helping photographers up their game and explore the power that storytelling in their images. I am more excited than ever to execute ideas I have had for a long time. I am also setting new goals for pursuing competition because of this information.
