Fundamentals of Photography

Photography is a hobby for me, and I have read a lot about lighting and posing. I wish that I had taken this course when I started out, it is clear, practical and structured without being overwhelming. Best recommendations.
Excellent course. She is amazing and a very good teacher.
Great!
Great class! Impressive amount of tips on posing, lighting and photoshop techniques , a real good no nonsense approach by superb teacher. Numerous amounts of thumbs ups
Loved this class. Lindsay Adler is amazing! Clear concise hands-on instruction. Not only are the concepts explained but we get to see it in action. Looking forward to her other classes.
I have seen Lindsay in person and purchased several of her Creative Live Classes. Lindsay Rocks! Her teaching style is clear, concise and full of tangible information that you can put to good use. I am only a few sessions into this course but already I am impressed.
I was so excited to get the chance to learn from Lindsay live, and this course did not disappoint! The techniques she shared were insightful and straightforward. I felt like seeing them on different subjects throughout the day really helped to cement the concepts and grow my photography tools to bring out the best in those I'm photographing. I'm not a studio photographer, but the ideas apply in natural light as well.
I highly recommend this course. Brought out the important concepts in lighting.
This class was amazing! It was great seeing a demo class with real people. As a wedding photographer that specializes in offbeat/non traditional couples, it is always good to see how I can enhance all my clients beautiful features, and make them feel their best and confident when I am taking their photos!
Aggressive style doesn't suit an instructor. But she is free to use whatever she chooses to, but then she goes back & forth from getting aggressive and defensive to cover up the lacklustre techniques. She was not sure of the height of the lighting for the subject and tried to laugh it off. She keeps crossing her hands and screams once in a while. Huge red flags. All of this could be brushed aside if the the techniques were original. Unfortunately, none of it is. Youtube (eg. AdoramaTV) has original content for free
The course was informative and well-paced. Lindsay took multiple challenging situations and broke them down into easily to understand concepts, so that when you're faced challenges on your own, you have a tool-set to use for troubleshooting and decision making. I really enjoyed this course and highly recommend it!
Great class!
Lindsay is a very animated teacher...and very funny too. I learn more from her kind of teaching...
Excellent class as usual Lindsay! I started out thinking this was going to be a repeat of her other classes, especially when she was using photos from her other classes. But dang, when she got to the shooting section. Those key notes are worth the price alone.
Lindsay is such an amazingly talented photographer and has the rare ability to pass her experience and expertise on. This course is no different!
Thank you so much Lindsay Adler, so helpful and very well explained, the best classes as always!
More than great, you are awesome teacher, thanks a lot!
While I was watching your course, I had a volunteer posing for me, it was awesome to be able to put into practice what I was learning right away, thanks!
Lindsay Adler addresses all aspects of Portrait Photography and breaks it down in easy to understand friendly terms! It would be a worthwhile purchase for anyone who is a serious leaner and wants to improve!
Always great...always spot on with her teaching. Wonderful information. A must buy.
I love all the info she is sharing about how to accent beautiful features and how to work around problem areas. She is AWESOME!!
