Canon 1DX DSLR Fast Start with John Greengo

Well it is thorough course and he does cover a lot. I think some stuff can be left out. Clearly there are no beginners in this course.. with that kind of camera. I would have liked a section where you could get some knowledge on the 'fast facts' whereby stuff you never dealt with in lower cameras you could get up to speed with this camera. Having to deal with 2 memory cards.. how to choose which one to record to 1st - custom buttons etc..

If you own a Canon 1DX DSLR you should take this course. John is a master at explaining in easy to understand detail on how to get the most from this camera. I own one and John's course is the icing on the 1DX cake. I appreciate the amount of time and effort that he put into creating this course. I feel we are lucky to have someone so dedicated to create such a detailed presentation on this camera and others like it. Thank you John!

This is a brilliant course. John explains the camera in a very detailled way. Really great. I wished to have a comparison of noise using different ISO settings and just a second later John offered that. Very good work, very helpful. Thank you for that work, John.

I just finished watching John's 1DX course and it is excellent. I have had the camera for a little over a year and have read the manual several times but still learned many new things and many other items became much clearer. John says he has over 100 hours in putting the course together and I believe him. He thoroughly knows the camera. I appreciate all the work he put into learning and teaching about the camera! Watching a course like this is sooo much better than reading a manual! Thanks John

John Greengo is an excellent instructor and this course is phenomenal. I enjoyed his enthusiasm and expert knowledge when speaking about this camera. If you own this camera and want to learn about it without trial and error this course is for you. This tutorial is not a waste of money. I totally disagree with Barry. I feel it is very well done. I already own a 1DX as an amateur camera owner that has an appreciation for fine items.This tutorial on the camera was very helpful. You can tell he spent allot of time making it . The PDF file that comes with it is a great asset for me as a non professional with settings in the field. This alone if printed and laminated would be worth the price I paid. I think he should add a video on 2.0 updates to complement it.

As always, John delivered a TON of information in a very understandable way. I have a lot of his classes- I just love learning from him. Thanks, John, for all your hard work. I really appreciate it. I am ready to tackle my 1dx!
