Canon 5D Mark III, Including Canon 5DS/5DSR Fast Start with John Greengo

I just bought a 5DS-R. Without John's explanatory "How to", I would have completely lost. Very very helpful.

Really great - I am so much further ahead than I would have been on my own! Began my love for photography in the 1970's with the manual camera Olympus OM-1 . Loved it, but life seemed to take up all my time. Fast forward decades and photography is very different. I needed to touch on the basics once more, and familiarize myself with the new technology. Well Done and Thank You !!!

I wish I'd bought this ages ago. Also motivation for me to purchase another video for any future cameras I might invest in in the future.

I got this for my 5DMARKIII a while back but then I also got 5DSR now. If you are getting a new camera, Please check John's Fast Start series. Because I have purchased another Fast Start, for SONY A7RMK2, which is even better. John takes you through the phases and steps that might surprise you. You may find buttons on the camera that existed but you did not know because you so eager to get out and shoot with your camera. I am sure these will not be the last Fast Start Series I am getting as I am already looking at SONY A7RIV. I highly recommend John Greengo, and any of the courses that he offer through Creative Live.

I upgraded to the 5DS. This course is a great way to familiarize yourself with where everything is in the menu. There are features that my older camera didn't have and the new features are explained well. I highly recommend this course.

John is so good. His courses are thorough and his commentary is on point.

Whenever I get a new camera I buy John's Fast Start Class, he gets me up and running on the best settings and I know where to go in all the menus. Definitely helps me use more of the cool features that my new cameras offer, that would have taken me a lot longer to find on my own.

perfect !!! I had my EOS 10D in many years - and with only handbook and try and error , I did not really use her full potential. Now with a high end camera like the 5ds r I didn´t want to procede that way. This class is a blast , I already understand this camera so much better than any of its predecessors . John Greengo has done a hell of a job . Again !

Having come from a 40D, many of the features on the 5D Mark III are different. I knew the fundamentals of the camera, but this course really helped me refine my knowledge. Great course for the beginner, or the knowledgeable novice. I learnt about features on my camera that I didn't even know existed. Highly recommend!!

I needed a crash course in learning to setup and know the buttons and menus on my 5D mark iii. Mr Greengo did a great job showing how to become a 5D operation expert real quick. What you don't understand at first, just go back and watch again till you understand it, cause he covers this monster camera very well for a short course! Will be taking more of his courses. Wish there was a way to ask a question to him, but I guess he would have a inbox of a million questions. LOL

Covered all the features without having to read pages and pages of manuals! Good explanations of why you would use each setting in multiple circumstances.
