Nikon D7100 / D7200 Fast Start with John Greengo

Great class! I have a D7200 and have had it for a couple of years. This was a great way to get into the details of the camera in a more disciplined and less overwhelming manner!

Great course. Beyond incredible photographer, John is an excellent teacher. These types of online courses are incredibly useful. Your able to playback any portion you want when your memory fades over some aspect. Any you can increase the playback speed so that you can go through it quicker the 2nd or 3rd time as needed. Incredible use of technology compared to manuals, physical classrooms, taking notes, trying to remember, etc.

After owning my D7200 for almost two years, I am finally able to take good photos in manual mode. Of course, I have the manual that goes with the camera and I even bought a recommended PDF guide, but this course was just what I needed. It is information-packed, easy to understand and very intuitive. Thanks to John Greego and CreativeLive for helping me give a real boost to my photography!

I just purchased my D7200 and feel like this class was exactly what I needed. The detail and depth John goes through while explaining the ins and outs of this camera where very helpful!

Great course...but would like to see more from the 7200 perspective...as the menu options have changed, and it would be great to understand these new items that aren't covered in the class focused on the 7100.

For a person who is reentering the hobby of photography, and has a D7100 camera and don't know how to use it, this course is for you. It was wonderful and informative. He is easy going and explains things very well. This course really helped me get use to the new age of photography after so many years out of the loop.

I recently purchased the Nikon D7100 and after reading the first 15 pages of the manual, my head was spinning! I immediately purchased this course , and am I glad I did! John Greengo is a great instructor - very thorough and precise. Having all of the info at my fingertips is a great advantage. I'm sure I'll be referring to all the lessons time after time.

AWESOME class to help get you started with using this camera. John explains in great detail the pros and cons of choosing certain settings. Since this was originally based on the Nikon D7100, there were some differences on my Nikon D7200 however, these differences are covered at the end of the class, which I found helpful.

Thanks for helping me understand the ins and outs of my new camera. It has really helped and I'm so glad I can go back and watch parts of it over again when I am searching for a particular function on my camera.

This course is soooo worth it! I can't stand trying to read through my owner's manual. By owning this class I'm able to return to the sections I need for a quick refresher or to problem solve. A huge time saver! Thanks John Greengo and CL!

This class is a great starting point if you own either the NIKON 7100 or 7200. John really knows his stuff and is a real guru when it comes to photography.. If you're undecided in committing your hard earned dollars to this class....Hurry up and commit you won't be disappointed..Do yourself a favour.

Classes by John Greengo are my favorite. They contain so much information in a very easy to understand format.

A good overview of the camera. I've had my d7100 for a couple years, but hadn't bothered to learn more than the basics on it, so finding out there were shortcuts for certain features was great (not to mention figuring out a few "mystery" buttons). John Greengo was very good; not sure that answering questions from the audience was really useful, as those seemed to be for very specific cases.

John Greengo delivers an amazing course which is the best way to learn to get the most out of your camera. John's presentation style is so relaxed yet displays a passion for the photographic industry.

Excellent delivery and content. I appreciated the feedback on the realistic use cases for some of the features and options in the camera.

I had hoped for a more in depth discussion on all features, not just the introductory basics. This is a good course for someone just starting out, but not enough meat if you are looking for more than just a quick start.

This class has fulfilled all my expectations! Mr. Greengo is an excellent teacher and knows digital cameras. I only wish I had taken this class sooner. Thanks for an excellent class!
