She helps creatives fall in love with their businesses, and she has written a book called marketing your self, please help me! Welcome to the creative live stage, tara swagger. It is so wonderful to have you back here, a crate of live, and as small business owners, a cz creatives, we often wake up in the morning with sort of this anxiety of the how it's all the things that we want to achieve and accomplish in a particular day, and you get to the end of the day, you kind of feel like bad about yourself, because you didn't necessarily cross all those things off right, and they're always there, and are we alone in that are no more experience that yourself experience it myself? All of the students I work with have have that feeling of, am I doing enough it's going to be enough? And there are two parts of overcoming that. The first part is to actually have a system that you know, you're g...
oing to get done what needs to be done, and you have a way of managing those tasks, kind of lining them up in prioritizing them and that's what we're going to do today, but the second part of it is also celebrating and acknowledging what you got done and feeling good about it, no matter what it was and knowing it's, okay, there'll be another work session, and there'll be another time to do it. And this is what I got done. Because if you don't celebrate that, you can fall into the spiral of de motivations were going to talk about that, too. We're going to talk about feeling good at the end of your workday and actually having a system that works to get stuff done, who doesn't want to feel good at the end of the workday? Really, they accomplished something instead of thinking about the things that, you know didn't dio because that really it can eat away at you like you.
