Brainstorming Hotseat

So I want to show you guys a really cool way of doing a brainstorm technique you've ever in some brainstorming, I'm sure before. And the classic thing is, OK, we're gonna work on something in June and I pick on you just because you're sitting right there. But I want to talk about your generic label right now you consider self a photographer. What could we call you? Traditional? Actual? Would you come up real quick in the hot seat again? Kind of cool. Not that hot. So So the simple brainstorm would be we would all face June and start saying Here's ideas for you what we're gonna do in an alternative brainstorming, I suggest to do all brainstorms like this. Going forward is a little different. You're just present a little bit about what makes you unique. We're gonna brainstorming backer generic label. But when we brainstorm, you're actually turn your back to us that now we're turning back hoes and you could just take notes. Maybe I'll go Then you could just take notes. Yeah, it's been aro...

und you could spend and why this process is powerful traditional brainstorming. We all sit in a big circle and we're talking about June and you've looking as if she isn't like something. Something subtle. Cues going. No. And she's influencing the way. Brainstorm goes and ruins the brain store. But you'll see, as we go rapid fire around here, how things are going to shift. So in about one or two minutes, explain again what you do. But really, what makes you distinct? And I think we build bonds and friendships with their clients. We capture who their their essence. Our versus just what they're wearing. We shoot things artistically and see things with the more of a creative I We utilize light in ways to create large, um, grande images. Okay, so you do tire for you to large images. You get the essence of the moment, their heirlooms, your insulin before they're usually family shots and you present you take photographs that are intended for a lifetime. They're gonna be displayed for a lifetime. Okay, so that's what she does is ever understand that. Okay, so here's we're gonna do. You're gonna turn your back to us, and all you do is take notes. Now I want to do in the three audience online, participate to Let's just start talking. Pretend she's not here. All right, but let's just start talking. If she does start talking, you're allowed to throw a pen or something and you can talk. But where? Some ideas. What can we heard? Titles. You just got Essence preserver. Essence. I love it. What else? I think it's about the spirit. So capturing the spirit. Ear's pierced your capture and photographer moment. Captured creative capture. Yeah, I love the word cash Moment. Captured Craig. What else? What else? Could be something with grand grand image? Yeah, What granite? I was thinking Artistic photographer. Artistic. Also around milestones and memories like it happens once in their lifetime. You get it right. Life events or something. Bromine. Bring a man percent in like welcome to the title. Speak life President Sugar. What? Memory maker? Memory maker. I love that he is a good one. Genealogy. Genealogy. Oh, yeah. Really sophisticated Turn of it through the lens. Something with With through the lens. Friendships Family. There's nothing wrong with the lens. Could be preserver. Life preserver. It's interesting. Interesting life encapsulate er cancellation. My memory specialist or memory strategist? Yeah, cool. I'm just thinking around the um, June mentioned earlier that she wanted to do photography of babies. Newborns, I think. And it would be so interesting if it was something about, like, uh, showing the personality of your baby in this photograph. Like expressing who they're gonna be when they're older. Sort of in a non cheesy way. You know, I love that I love what will be a term if I don't finish that because I had something. OK, so I was thinking Milestone photographer and also centerpiece Photographer centrepiece captures Jewel in the crown. What? The jewel in the crown on the crown. Nice. Something going on in their Jace. I could see I could feel it if he was talking about babies. And I was thinking little moments, but I'm trying to put something with you. Go. I couldn't. Working is more of a company name than an actual title. So yeah, what else? Other ideas. Spirit farmer, memory keeper from really Days Store Wow and Bay Graphics that cradle to the grave way. Best part Brainstorm is worse. They're cherry things. June has not be flying wash. I say anything, but she's taking notes and she may say OK, low grade that's cradle to or something that may trigger other things. That's the best thing about a brainstorm having this opportunity. We just had a great one come in from Tiger Urban Sold snapper. Oh, yeah, you know, just like hey, right. I think she could also play on the other words for photographer like shutterbugs And, you know, like maybe along with shutterbugs and babies or something kind of like the old American Indians. Didn't they believe that picture was taken that did something, Something. You're serious? Maybe their spears. A negative thing, but maybe a positive spin like spirit. Capture Well, the Dream Catchers catcher again. Yeah, well, what if your life extends beyond your life? What would that with the returns for that, um, turned like returning toe? Wow, that's a good work. What we do with eternal eternal memories. Memory touch our photographer relationships. Yeah, e true tiger for relationships. We gotta say there's a lot of input for June, but there's also it's really cool to watch the chat rooms right now because they're all also helping each other and working with the Chinese elaborating on their own. You look great. It's really fun to watch it happening and you turn back around. Now tell us, what was that experience? Stacy There. What was it like to have us talking about you? But you're not looking nice. It was really cool. It was great. It was so many ideas in so many words were popping out was cool. Okay, Did any of them resonate with you? Loved eternal memory. Journalists e think someone that eternal men right out of the word journalists on the back of small soul snapper was cute, but kind of about the same time. Made me think of, you know, guys from Lord of the Rings that sexist to eternal memory like that one. Could you imagine going to someone saying, Oh, I money MJ What? TMJ. Eternal memory journalist. But we're gonna memories every last everlasting memories. There's a photographer in New York, Ryan Brennan here. Who? We just look up to you. And if you wanted to say he says the problem solver and it always struck me. And now I'm getting It was like, That's why he doesn't saving graces. Problem solver. Yeah. I mean, you feel more empowered. If you were calling yourself an eternal memory journalist. Do you feel that's even more powerful than being this photographer. So generic it. Yeah, yeah, Cool. All right, job done. Well done. So, you know, I wanted to demonstrate two things here. One is generic labels, from the customer's perspective. Always puts us in a trap, and we're always pushed on price. I encourage none of us to walk out of this session tomorrow saying again that were a fine artist or D J or on online sales associate or photographer or or a business coach because not has it or bad terms. They're appropriate for what we do. But we're different than that. But the customer can't see anymore Klay blinded. We blind them with it. When we talk about first impressions, the first impression is the only impression is the lasting impression. So when you say you're this, they hear that, and no matter what you say afterwards, they can't hear it lasting erection lasting impressions. Yeah, but once you say you're photographer, you don't need to say another word. Even if you dio, I'm not going to hear. But you say you're an everlasting memory journalist. You've got my attention, You've broken the label and now you can tell me all the reasons You're not a journalist. Yeah. Yeah. Please. Quickly. The other benefit of having a different label is sometimes people have had experience with someone that that has that generic label. That's negative. And then we all do it. They think so. They had a bad experience with attorney. And you say you're an attorney. They immediately give you that same impression. Oh, you must be like all the other attorneys. And I've had that happen to me where somebody will say, Well, you're not like so and so And she's a coach, and I really don't like her. You must be a different kind of coach. Well, that's not exactly it. But people do form impressions of your category, and so you don't want to risk being if they happen to have a negative impression of your category. You don't want to be lumped in with that Exactly. Cool on any questions about this guy that we're start to go fast or online. Any questions? Good idea. Go for June. For everyone. Yeah. Good. All right, keep going. Keep going.

I was a part of the live audience, so I had a little extra business growth behind the scenes. If you ever have a chance to attend a live broadcast, I highly encourage it. This program follows the concepts of Mike's book "The Pumpkin Plan" very closely, but it's the expanded elements that make it worth every penny. I pulled quite a few business ideas and nuggets that I still use nearly a year later. Even owning the course, I took over 17 pages of detailed notes. Gaining a solid understanding of Immutable Laws, Pruning, UPOD, and so much more helps you from day one. But it's much more than that, because you can create a system that allows you to almost grow on auto-pilot and build profit along the way (the Profit First segment was one of my favorites because I'd already been doing some of it). It you own a business, you can't go wrong with this course in your arsenal of tips and tools.
