No, I did not actually I ended up submitting a video much before andi it was a world because I hate, like, maybe five minutes tio tio come up with something that was a minute long and I'm like, I just finished the work out in the middle of the night in my garage and I'm just like sweating with, uh, I phone in my face it's like, I don't know what I'm supposed to say I don't know what I'm supposed to do, but hey just picked me and I'll be there, but I didn't get picked, but this time I'm here that's also where we're so glad you're here and learning from like amazing, amazing instructors and what is it like? You know, just from your perspective from watching online toe actually being here what's the difference for you the difference is that you have the instructor is right there is not understood yes is being broadcast over the internet, but with all one's in class and we have like direct access to him is just like sitting in a classroom they have direct access to him andi he can't outrun us we got a corner so it's like you will you will educate us that is why we here wait no breaks for you teach non stop for eight hours straight I love it I love it and then okay so any advice because you have submitted a video in the past it's kind of one of those things I've submitted a video in the past as well myself and it was from my iphone on the street out here I want to really rian part of this class I don't know if I'm gonna be able to host it but I want to be a student but it was scary even for me to hit that like upload to youtube and make that public go ahead and watch it was it was nerve racking for me so like but it was fun to do at the same time I'm really glad I did it how about for you it was nerve racking because I'm like it wasn't lee correctly I know and you know you probably couldn't see me you could probably barely hear me and this means everything is shaken and I'm just like hey just picked me I would definitely love to be in the studio and if you pick me I'll be there and that is pretty much what we're looking for from students we don't mind that it's shot on an iphone or your ipad or any like android device it doesn't matter what you are recording your video we just wanted like meat you know why you want to be here and get to know you and see like that that's the right fit for that instructor so we're so glad that you submitted video we're glad that you're here thank you so much for letting me pull you up and you on the first day all right have you take a seat because we're going to check in with all of you guys around the world right now so cathy j who is joining us in the internet we've got a global audience already thank you so much for everyone joining us we've got misty m photo coming in from new mexico good morning clark sanders hello in highland, arkansas we've got riff pics from aachen, germany steel photos joining us from colorado we've got to rune in india and we've got andrew gunther greetings from poland and greetings to poland back at you thanks everyone I love that we have a global audience I love that every day we never know who's going to be joining this in the chat rooms is so much fun and we're so glad that all of you are here with that it is exactly nine o'clock a m pacific time here in seattle, washington.
