How To Plan, Organize, and Create a Month of Posts in One Day
So now we're gonna talk about how to plan, organize, and create a month of social media posts in a day, and yes, that seems bat-trash crazy. Now, I say this to people and they're like, "Well, Jasmine, that just worked for you, because us normal folk, we don't do that." And I've been talking about this for years, even teaching free online classes about how I do it, show people through the steps. And they're like, "That works great. "Totally not for me." And so when Creative Live gave me this opportunity, it was a little scary because I was putting all my chips on two businesses, and they showed up, they really did, so, I had this opportunity to showcase what they are about to do, and we make no joke about how much I just threw them into the wild. Because you have the fortunate luxury to see everything from a 30,000 foot view now, they were in the mix of it, and I can guess, I don't know, like Highway 3 Indigo Tide Market, is it different now? Like watching this from this perspective, as...
a student, as opposed to being like, "Hey guys, are you scared?" (laughing) Okay, so they are probably like, "Dude, y'all have it so much better than we did", and it's true. But we're about to show you the directives that we gave to them, I threw them out to the wild, and by their sacrifices we can charge ahead at a faster rate, and I hope by them watching it again, the light bulbs will be going on for them in a new way as well. So we're going to go into that now. The thing that we want to do is we want to make sure that you are building trust and engagement, that's what these DMs do. Now it is time for us to connect the mofo dots. It's been a long day, I see us, we're like petering out, but what we just did is we reformatted in a higher trajectory, strategy, mindset, and now you have a plan. So, now that you have a plan you might be feeling at this point in time, "I'm exhausted." Okay, I get that, I feel it, I am also wildly empathetic to it, but you guys are specifically chosen from tons of people who applied because we believe that you guys would actually execute. The thing that I'm going to ask of you, for the next 30 days, is not to erase your mistakes, because they happen, nobody's judging you, nobody's thinking, we just need you to be open with the process because your process will help other people who want to celebrate lessons, things that you learned, we're going to celebrate growth. That's what we're going to do at the end of the 30 days. So, when you return to me tomorrow, you will have an entire month of Instagram, and Facebook posts done. So, tonight, in the hotel room, you will sit down, perhaps, a glass of wine, a cocktail, hot tea, you'll be comfy, put on some music, you're going to plan this out, this is what you're going to do, you're gonna in, you're going to copy, paste, lay 'em out, schedule them, when you land home, you have no social media to upkeep, you're only job, engagement, DMs.
Sound good? (laughing)
And here's the best part, here's the best part, you builded the system, you turn the system over to your assistant.
That's what she does, where she has vision, from you, she can execute, where she has rules and parameters, she can execute, Katlyn, you have a lot of room to grow, so now it's just going to be like, I have to framework this, time for my husband, time for my baby, time for my business, but the hard work, the heavy lifting's done, now you're just like, customer acquisition, engagement, engagement--
I hear that, yeah.
I know you can, I know, I know I can. So, tomorrow what's going to happen is I'm going to review your posts, I'm going to support you, we're going to strategize what you're actually gonna be doing every single day, and putting it into your daily work flow, we are going to have a plan, and then you're going to go home, and you are going to do it. So we're going to get this party started. Cool, so. Brief overview; How anybody could audaciously say you're going to go home, and in a single night, do all this stuff, was for three neat reasons, and let's not get it twisted. They had a plan and strategy, number two, they had resources from Social Curator, number three, they had to plan to both Instagram and Facebook, and some people here are just like, "I am not doing Facebook", but I asked them specifically to make that happen.
