Indigo Tide Market & Highway 3 Business Updates
First and foremost, I have nothing but the utmost love, and gratitude, and respect for these businesses putting their necks out on the line for tens of thousands of people presently and moving forward to learn from. So, clap it on up for them. (applause) Seriously, you guys, thank you, thank you. So, I am gonna be opening up the stage for questions if you have them for them 'cause I wanna make sure that they're open and you guys get the deets. I'm not trying up here to be like everything was so great all the time. Ask 'em questions that they have, but my questions, if we can get that mic, is I want to know, what are their plans for the next 30 days because they're doing this out on their own, and you are doing it out on your own. So, we'll start there, Highway3, Aaron and Trisha, what's your plans for the next 30 days?
We actually have it pretty much planned out. So, we went basically with our categories and, we've been doing three to four posts a day. So, lots and lots of content to...
put out there, but we have organized it like we have certain products, like a sales product photo, and it's a beach towel and a beach. We're detailed, detailed, detailed day by day. We've also looked at holidays that are coming up for the next 30 days to implement, make sure we have Fourth of July pictures running from here to here with different products or just graphics or whatever. Pulling in ourselves, each of us separately as another category, and then even bringing in our families, like birthdays or if we have a birthday, we'll feature that child or whatever, collaborations, all of this goes into planning that 30 days, and then you kind of fill in here and there.
I will say that it's not a hundred percent at this moment--
Is anybody here a hundred percent? I'm not a hundred percent.
It's just, it's a work in progress that we are trying to get that system, well, you showed the whiteboard, and we literally had to take it old school and see it visually because it is so difficult to just mess with calender after calender online. So, we are, we've take it back to just bare bones and kind of just started over, and at first our followers were kind of shocked a little bit by, it was very different. So, we did find a very good middle ground, I feel. So, that's been good. So, I think now, we do know the direction that we're going with everything, where as, we were just flying. There was no direction before we did this. So, that's pretty much the gist. So, we hope that our plan continues obviously, and then email marketing, there's just all those things that we are planning to do in the next 30 days.

We're gonna pass the mic over to Kaitlyn, and as we're passing the mic on over to Kaitlyn, I am not just a guide or a coach. I am also a consumer, and I am a very proud consumer of a Highway3 Polo pillow that I had customized that I didn't tell them that I wanted to buy and spend on my own because I wanted to experience what it was like to be a customer, and I am so proud that I got to buy from a company that I got to work with. Alright, so, from when I started my business to now, what I do for my business has kind of changed and as Jasmine says, the people will tell you what they want, and the people have kind of, the customers that have hired me have wanted a little bit of a different direction than what I was going, so that has changed. So, I have to fix a few things like marketing for that, and since that's changed, I have to fix my bio, and change that a little bit, not fix it. I just need to change it, and then in regards, I did make a PDF for a freebie, and I'm going to go in and make a new one and see if I can get more people on the email list, and just random to do things. Your social curator, I wanna do once a week, go through and do one of the PDFs 'cause I'm behind, and be like okay, let's implement this this week instead of doing it all in one day. I'm gonna give myself leeway to do it over 30 days.
I love that. I love it. I wanna clap it up for Kaitlyn very, very, very much. (applause) One thing to note that's not on the outside is that Highway3 has tens of thousands of customers. They have so much customer data, they weren't leveraging an ancillary component to their social. So, they took a lot of time responsibility to clean up their lists. They started doing new opt-ins. They started strategizing ahead for holidays. They knew where their sales were gonna come, and they started working backwards from their sales of when they were gonna do their promotional content. They are changing from just running a business to owning a business, and their next big step is to empower their team to take their business to the next level, and to me, that is aspirational, that is goals, and they're doing the hard work to get it done, and Kaitlyn is saying, which I wanna make very clear in case anybody noticed, Kaitlyn started her business and this journey on social, and then she heard from her market and said, we like what you do, and we like who you are, but what we really need is this, and she has the humility, and the wherewithal, and chutzpah, and the brains to know, I am going to give them what they want to grow my business and then pivot along the way. Give 'em what they want, and sell 'em what they need. As a result of 30 days of her showing up every single day, she heard from consumers, she booked three clients, and now says, huh, I need to make small tweaks, heck yes.
