What does your thirty, sixty, ninety one year plan look like? And this is not this is it, man? We're in the final stretch, right were on that ten yard line, we've got to get it into the end zone. The worst thing you could do out there on the internet in here is take all this information in and do nothing with it that is just ridiculous. You've got to take this information and put it into practice and the sad part is five percent of the people out there or less we'll do something with this information and that sad the keys air there all you gotta do right is started and get it going. They thoughts on you at this point, so let's put a realistic plan together. What should you be doing in the next thirty days? And I'm talking to you six right here. This is what has to happen in the next thirty days for you and some of this you may you may have done right depending on where you are in your career. Some of this you may have. Good check. are going to do with swat analysis, I'm going to share with you my swat analysis what the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are you need to be following along at home print out that form that I gave you ah and start following along with this because this becomes your blueprint for the next twelve months. All right, we're gonna complete that swat analysis we're going to identify an implement three ways to improve customer service immediately. Now we did this earlier today but now you've got it not only identify it implemented in the next thirty days new logo or rebranding if you are serious about your business and where you want to take it it's time to re brand get your logo right that is in fact the face of your company. That is where it starts, you know what's not on this thirty day plan a new lens a new flash new plug ins that's not on this thirty day list your logo has to be created now there's no reason away um identify your brand what is your brand look like what are the colors of your brand what is the feel of your brand now you know earlier today we started off and I showed you my my website as pathetic as that original site was I would say it didn't match my brand okay at all the only thing that match with the colors it was black and white and those are the colors of our brand today but it doesn't match what is your brand gonna look like right, robbie? We were talking to dinner last night and you know you're like yeah man my branding my my my logo is just his response it's just text fun, right? We gotta we gotta just out what's your identity who are you right now? I can honestly say after being around you for three days now your brand doesn't match you as a person, so I want to see that brand become matching you little more arty right? A little bit more out there. I want to see you create a brand that matches that. Do you agree with that completely? Okay, so that's the thing all of you I challenge you with is getting to your branding and your local that is step number one there's no reason that can't happen in the next thirty days but then most importantly is identify, not implement in thirty days what you want your packaging toe look like right that's gonna be this stuff? What is this stuff gonna look like? Ok, so your bags what is all this stuff gonna look like for you? Be good enough, right? What's that gonna look like what kind of ribbon or you're gonna have? What? Your colors where you getting your packaging material from when you're delivering that product to your client what's it gonna look like feel like okay, um what s e o changes let's make those there's no, I give you the entire blueprint day one on what changes to make to your site so that you have start having s e o success so that has to happen in the next thirty days you can't come up with a reason you're not doing it what's your facebook strategy all the tweaks we talked about yesterday that stuff should happen in the next thirty days and if you're watching at home doing this side by side there's no reason for you not implementing it now this is stuff that can happen it's easy, it's free pricing and packaging how much are you charging? What do your packages your bundle is gonna look like for weddings, engagement seniors, families, babies, whatever it is you're going to go cover. What is pricing impacting? Look like seeing is that's the number one issue all photographer struggle with? Why in god's name would you grow your business and not have your packaging and pricing? Correct? That is the first thing that should happen over the next thirty days before we ever start marketing. Okay, and start investing in some bigger level items. We got to get that going. I want you to locate a new space if you're working out of a studio today, check your fine if you're working out of your house you need to find a solution toe having customer meetings where are you meeting is going to be that business incubator can you rent out some shared space can you rented by the hour or you going to do it in your home or you're going to create a space in your home? What is the solution you need to identify it? We can't continue on and not have a solution to that to that problem that's a big problem for yourselves I want you to write down your twenty thirteen and twenty fourteen goals write them down I want you to look at them every day so that you see that you are or not achieving your goals I wanted to beat you over the head and I want you to feel like you're failing if you're not doing anything no more excuses you can't make excuses you're looking at that sheet of paper every day tape it to your mirror in the bathroom, tape it to the dashboard in your car if you're at your job at work, tape it to your computer monitor so that every freaking day that thing is staring at you letting you know you are doing nothing to achieve your goal there's no reason you can't achieve that goal that is on you you've gotta want it you've gotta want it bad and you've got to go after it so write it down so that it becomes real I want you to evaluate some websites and look for an opportunity to upgrade right? So go out there, start looking at temple it's that are out there let's look at some opportunities for you to upgrade your website, upgrade your hosting not necessarily invest okay in a brand new website or brandon webb platform, but if there's if you don't like your sight the way it is today, where we going, we need to know what the path is, uh to getting there and of course I want you to identify your focus area in the next thirty days you have got to identify what are we focusing on babies, children, weddings it cannot be everything we talked about this I believe on day one or two it's going to be one or two areas that you're going to focus for me it's weddings and seniors do I do families? Yes do I do babies? Yes, I will do anything that gets in front of the camera headshots, whatever it is, but my focus area weddings and seniors, and so you've got to figure out where you want to focus so that the branding, the packaging, everything starts coming together for you that is your assignment for the next thirty days and new six here I'm gonna hold you accountable for that to make sure we're marching down this this path
