Unpossible Cuts - Laser Cut Goods

what we have here. This is a fillip Eggleston and his business is impossible Cuts. Okay, great. So tell us, Christopher, about unp Possible cut. What are these? Everything here is just the laser cut jewellery clocks. We have, like, a little fun things like I'm a little coffin for Halloween. Uh, just all just different laser cut products. Yeah, tell me about that. I keep hearing this laser cut. I mean, what does that mean? Eso uh, it's basically a printer, but instead of ink, it shoots out of laser. And so I cut out a pattern. So we just program everything through the computer, and it'll just cut out whatever design we, uh, make right. Oh, fantastic. Technology is allowing us. Teoh do the UNP possible, right? It's pretty crazy. That's always funny. Guys laugh because I used to be a big James Bond fan. Oh, yeah. So you know, they always had the laser that they pointed at the moon or something, You know, now I have my own Okay? Yeah. You do have your own laser. That's pretty crazy. Okay, ...

Mr Bond. All right. So we have some. Really, really, You know, there's octopuses And who who is your ideal customer? Who are you reaching with these impossible cuts? Um, mostly way. Do a lot of designs for the ladies, Okay. For the ladies, Like young ladies, I mean, yeah, well, the nice thing about our products is that we have a wide range, and we have so many different designs. We get anything from young kids, like, you know, nine and 10. Teoh. We have, like, like, 70 year old ladies buying our stuff as well. Oh, really? So so let me for this phrase out at you. Is it kind of like youthful couture like that? All right, it's yours. Take it way. Have clocks here, too. That's pretty. That's pretty awesome. Clocks and necklaces and the stud. And are you in business by yourself? Partner? I have one other business partner with that. We just do everything ourselves. We design it, cut it and assemble everything. How did that partnership come? Come to bay. We usedto we started both this fine artists just, uh, going around and doing a lot of little art shows. We eventually started our own gallery and the galleries mission was to make affordable art for everyone. And we end up closing the gallery. But we took that and applied it over into our jewelry business. So we try to keep all of our prices really relatively cheap and affordable and despond, you know? Yeah. You learned from moving through the different stages in your business, right? Definitely. Yeah. You learn a lot, right? Sometimes the hard way. Sometimes easy way, Hopefully the easy way. I know. Yeah. So, um, you used to be a fine artist. Did you? Where did you really begin? As an artist? Um, I kind of started late. Uh, I mostly just hung out and was, like, just a big skateboarder. And then, uh, skateboarders dio hang out. Um, but I like I need to get it. I was like, I got to do something with my life. So I went to film school, and then, ah, what was that film school? I met my business partner and he was more of a fine artist. And, uh, I started drawing like he's like, I should come draw with me And I had never really drew before, and then I just get fallen in love with it, and I left film to go do heart and then okay, art lead into jewelry. Yeah, now So are you the business one in the relationship or you the artists? Are you both artists? Both business people, Both Both Everything split down. We like we both do designs about handle the website, handle the all the finances. That's great, because sometimes it's like there's a pure business person and the relationship. Sometimes it's the pure artist. So it's really great to hear an artist who has gotten to know the other facets and elements of running a business. Yeah, so what? What keeps re inspiring you? Um, there's a lot of different things. I mean, I think like you notice that design is everywhere, so I always take from, like, just even like signs or everything. But also the nice thing when you go to a show, uh, people just kind of tell you what they're looking for, which is really nice, and, uh, it always helps. That's like if someone's always, like asking for a certain design were like, Oh, maybe we need to look into this and see how popular it is And okay, so sometimes it's like Buck and sometimes just help from others. Yeah, luck and market research and more luck. And a lot of, you know, getting out there. Do you dio Mostly you're selling live or do you have more of on e commerce? Ah, we do. We do a little bit of everything. We dio a lot of online sales. We do a lot of the different, uh, retail craft shows on. We also do a little bit of wholesale now to how do you pick the craft shows that you go to, um, you just blind and sometimes you just try him out. You read about him, you know? But like, the nice thing is, we've been to artists, and a lot of our friends do a lot of these shows. So you just the community all comes together and everyone talks to you and, you know, and you're like, Oh, how was the show? You know, that's how you kind of figure out which ones to dio. Yeah, So you really are tapping into the fellow artists. You're not kind of putting yourself into into your own little corner and trying to figure it all out by yourself because you can learn a lot just by being part of the artist community, right? Oh, definitely. Yeah. I mean, we're friends Would, like, almost like everyone here. We like everyone. Seen everyone so many times in all these events. Yeah. And it also reminds you too, when you see other people's creativity that that is unlimited and everyone has their own ideas. And there's just this unlimited, I guess. Well of ideas that all artists have different things that they come up with. So Yeah, very cool. So where can we find you online? Ah, the easiest place to find us is just Ah, www dot on possible cuts dot com. And it has links to our store. Instagram, Facebook. Everything okay? Very often. Really nice to meet you. Yeah, Yeah. Really awesome. So useful couture for the child. In all of you, I see some possibilities and beautiful studs necklaces.
