Final Album Layout
Okay, the final album layouts. This is what we did, this is where we are now. Let's see the album with the music the way that our clients will see it. ("Si Tu Te Vas" by Jon Varto) The music again, my friend, Jon Varto. It's beautiful music. It's so important when you do the slideshow, don't put the Top 40 music. (laughing) You need to play with their heart, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. And who does better than the Latinos? Italians, French, Mexicans, they know how to play with the music, so bring this music in. Let it allowed, let the bride cry. You cause her she cries, you've done the sales. So it's very important. Romance is what we're doing, it's romance. And don't do Top 40, Yeah, man, your man, and whatever it is it's fine but let that happen in the discos. I love all type of music but this is where you have to touch with the strings. And we have someone once they see the slide they say, "Can we buy this also, I love it." And my friend is good, he gives me the music. But also th...
ere's other places like Triple Scoop, and there are places where you can buy beautiful music. I love whatever I do. It's special for me and I want to feel the same as I do. If you don't feel it, leave it, go away. We don't need you. We want only the good people to stay here. Don't do it for the money. The money will come. Of course, you have to make money. That's why I don't deal with money. I let the girls do the dirty job. I do the good job. I handle leads, I make it, I make them cry, I make them happy, and that's what counts, and that's what I deliver.

I am SO grateful to CreativeLive as well as Yervant for taking the time to put on this class. So many times while sitting in this class I thought to myself "what have I been thinking?!" I have so much to learn! I loved hearing about Yervant's process for creating images, but what inspired me even more was his advice on how to view, and treat yourself as a professional. I completely agree when he said photographers are creative but we are "terrible business people." But I aim to change this in my business from this point forward, thanks to this class! Yervant's advice on how to value, protect, and sell your art is priceless. I have always valued printing and creating products clients can hold, but I don't think I understood the real emotional value in it until this class. When he pulls those images we just watched him create for the last two days, off of that printer, and they are there before our eyes, I had an emotional reaction to it. I want my clients to experience the same, so I must value it and create opportunities to educate my clients. Thanks for the kick in the pants that we all needed Yervant! And I hope this will not be the last time I get to experience your education in my life. I said this many times to other students during the class, but I will say it again here, I want to carry a mini Yervant with me every where I go! Thank you Creative Live and thank you Yervant!
