The Vision: Dreamstorming

So here's a question. Why is having vision target vision goals but even think about vision? What that means to you? Why is having vision important to you? And I want you to take out your manual this on page and I want to right now to write it down. Why is having a vision important to you? You just told me that it's important to have a target. I didn't tell you. You just told me that there's all sorts of things going on in life that prevents you or is distracting you from hitting the target. I didn't tell you that on Why is having a vision important arena? Having a vision is what use you that image of the the end result. The moment when you know that you've achieved that goal that vision is like is that is that imaginary imaginable representation of of achy of achievement, like that day. Okay, so for me, it's like I've vision of like a specific day, right when I'm in a an audience of millions of people like online and also have an actual live audience. Wow, you know, thanking people f...

or for supporting me and what it is that I've created to give to them. Awesome. And let me ask you this. You've had the vision before, right? Oh, yeah. How often do you focus on that? Every day, every day. Great. Will she be closer to reaching that? If she focuses, it focuses on it every day. Yes. Great. Great example Anyone else wants your Why is having a vision important to Erika? Um, similarly, it makes the target and the gold real, and it makes it easier for me to bring positive emotions like excitement to getting that done. Great. Awesome. So I'm sure you can relate at home. Definitely chat in. Let us know how you're feeling, what you took away from this and why having a vision is important to you out there. That the manual that Robin is referring Teoh for the past two days and also for today is the mouthwatering of money manual. You can print it out on waterproof paper if you want, but this is actually where you can write your vision and you can follow along with the exercise. This is one of the bonuses that comes with upgrade to anytime access so just want to let you know what manual that. IHS. Thank you. Remember Helen Keller? What was what was Helen Keller's deal? Who's blind? And she was stuff. She was blind and she was deaf. Helen Keller. She was blind and she was deaf. And she said, The Onley thing worse than being blind is having site, but no vision. Say that again. The only thing worse than being blind is having site, but no vision. Mm, Something to think about. So I'll tell you a little story about my vision. About five or so years ago, I created a vision board. I think it was Oh, yeah, 2008. So almost 66 years ago, I guess it was I did the math. I did the math six years. So six years ago created this vision. Borden. I used to think vision boards were totally hokey, like I just I wasn't really into it. I don't know. I just I never really did it. I thought about my goals, and I sometimes write them down. But I didn't really do a vision board, and this time I was I was doing some personal growth that was like really expanding my views and opening my mind. And so I did a hokey vision board. And on that vision board it was a big board. This was just a little little piece. That's why it's blurry. It's a little little piece on that board. But I had a section of, like, all the things I wanted around my relationship. And if you remember from all my stories, I had been single for 10 years. So in 2008 I still had not met my husband. Okay, so in the side, this vision board, there's a picture. This is what I put up there. I could have chosen anything. I have the World Wide Web at my fingertips to choose any picture. And this is what I chose. I think about it much Sunday. I want how family someday. Guess what I got. Yeah, what I had on the board. What? I kept focusing on what I looked at every single day, whether consciously or partly unconsciously, just walking by. Seeing it right was this and I got this. How cool is that? Isn't that interesting now? I didn't even realize this until years later. I mean, this is after we got married. And I mean, I think what Year Two And by and Trevor just remembered. He remembered because I still had it up. When we started dating, I still had it up. We we met, um, in 2009 I believe. Yeah, we met in 2000 and I still had it up out of that for the year, right? And he was like, I remember that picture. No wonder you got a daughter with the package. And for those of you just turning in, that is my step daughter, who I've known since she was two. That's our wedding. She was four there. Now she's seven. And I got what I wanted. I didn't even know it. So be careful what you wish work and dare to dream. It's time to dream. So we're gonna do it. This is what we're going to do today. You're gonna get to do because I don't want you just to talk about it. And you're probably thinking, Well, I've done this before. I've done goal setting, but I want you to dream storm. Well, we've heard brainstorm, right. Well, I made up this dream storm because it's dare to dream time. I'd like to get your feedback. Let's just do it now. Whatever comes to you, I'm gonna show you how to use this. It's on page 109 And this, by the way, is what I do with my private clients. This is what? Remember I told you one of my clients flew me out toe Florida and we we took three days. Do all this stuff the first day. Like half of the day. It's spent just on goals, figuring out what do you want? Because you're doing all these things every day taking action. You are taking action, but it's not necessarily appropriate action. And why is it not necessarily appropriate action? Well, maybe because you're not aware or maybe because you don't know what you want. So the 1st 1 of the first things I do with my clients, I gets get clear about what you want. So here's how I do. It's on page 109 It looks like this and you just ask yourself the question. If there were no limitations, I'll ask you if there were no limitations, what would you like? And we'll start with this chunk from the in the next 1 to 5 years. So what I like to do so I like to put name Let's just say Joe, and let's say Joe is 41 now, so we're gonna do a little math. 41 to 46 and his wife is Jane. And she is, I don't know, 40 to 45. Doesn't matter. Why do I put those ages there? Why would I do that? Doesn't seem very important. Move on right. But it is important. Why anyone? Because that's that five year period. That's a five year period. But it's hard to imagine what life is in five years. But when you think OK, now I'm 45. You know when you think of your age, for some reason, or you think of your daughter's age. So if I think five years another way to do it, I'm like my daughter. She's gonna be 12. Do that right, you know? Do you act right? So something has happened. Okay. My daughter will be 12 so she'll be in junior high, right? Okay, so it just helps to get you in the mindset. So for you guys, pretend you're it doesn't matter. who? I'm just showing you how to do it. What you want to do. 1st 1 partner does their own thing. Other partner does his or her own. OK, do your own first, and then you come together and we're going to show you how to do that. But first, I want you to dare to dream without any limitations without any possible influence of the other person. Remember someone set online yesterday? Well, it depends. What? My what? My money type is depending on whether or not I'm with my spouse or like how my shopping pattern is different depending on whether or not I'm with my partner. Right. So right now I don't want anything to influence you. I want you to think about what you want. So what comes to mind, Michelle, What do you want in the next 1 to 5 years? If there were no limitations, just give me one thing. What would you like in 1 to 5 years? I want to making $300,000 a year, and I want to triple it every other year. Okay, but in what year? So to 5 years. 300 that What's That's fine. Let's just do that through 300,000 year. And within the five years you want triple. I want e o in a triple it every other year. Every other year. Okay, Triple times three every other year. Great. That's all we dio were just brain, so I mean, not brain. Sorry. This is not brain story. Dream store May Doesn't sound cool. Okay, Reena. Thank you. Well, I was just looking at, you know, under the buy a House thing. I was thinking about buying a house, but more of a, uh, like a retreat center by a retreat center. Great. Okay. Anything that well, it was only five years. What's that in the next 1 to 5 years? Yeah. And and start a family, start off family weight in it. What? That's why I'm laughing. Is are there Okay, so I've years. Okay, hold on. Hold on. So some people listening home have no idea why we're laughing or anything. So let me clue you in here if you haven't been around or you don't remember, Arena said the basically hell on earth for her. Like the worst thing that made her cry should go back and see this? It's good tears, Good tears. Her really cry. Streaming down her face was the idea of being a stay at home mom with four Children on my right. But she wants a kid start a family. I'm assuming that means we'll have a kid, right? Just like having a kid before I'm 40. Because by the time in five years from now, I will be 40. Okay, so so start a family. I'm just I just think that's interesting just because it seems very conflicting. And it doesn't maybe just idea. Four kids was crazy and one kid isn't so. I don't know your rules. One kids. Okay, so it's cool. So it's really, really good to recognize because, like hell on Earth for you was four Children. So one is cool. Alright. Started family. Great. Erica, spend at least three months abroad each year. Okay, Great. Three months abroad each year. Okay, let me ask you this because people at home are thinking this and they're like I'd get it. I've done this before. Have you done this before? Something like this. Awesome. Have you? Yes. Have you know, have you? No. Okay. Cool. Some some of you have done this before, Something like this. And so maybe you have not. Should you go get on your phone and get on your IPad and go do something else. No. Stay with me here, okay? There's good stuff. I want to stay with me, All right. A few more things that were just were just dreams. Storming anything you want, Arvid. I have business. I'm Tory. Start up and running. You want up and running? Okay, Is up and running. Okay. Anything else? Just timeouts thing. Just a couple more things that we can just add add to the list. But you get it right. You're gonna add to this because you're not gonna do it all here. But I want you to capture something, So give me a few more. Write down a few more right now, all of you, and throw shout things out. So we'll have some material for in a minute. Tesla, go good house with the yard in a garden in the city. Keep going. My head's buyout part of Marm heads. Buyout marm. Oh, heads via via my company. Sorry. Business by a. Okay, So sell your business. You mean Okay. Cool. keep going. Travel on the world with my television show Travel around world TV. Great. What else? One more cookbook, Right? One or use one way is to use a cook in the next five years. Please. Okay. Write a cookbook. That means right. Okay, great. Okay. So don't worry if you can't read this. These are not your goals. These are just examples. Write down what you want in the next 1 to 5 years. Can you see how this whole process could take hours? They could take an hour to pool all of it out of you. What you really, really want. Now you do this on your own. You can do with your partner at the same time. Like you can both sit there and write down. But you want to kind of keep it just just so you're really clear about what you want. First there'll be plenty of time to get a line with your partner. That's later today it's gonna be seductive. It's called the seductive art of aligning with your partner. That's why it's going to be seductive. And because I'm a nut case. Okay, great. So we're gonna do then? So you do the 1 to 5 years, and then we want to do the 6 to 10 years. Oh, jeez. And you do your age again. So Joe was 46. Now he's 47 to, um How old do you start? 41 right? 50 ones. Get the picture right down the ages so you can think about your life at 45 or 51 or a 62. This is what I want to be doing. It just helps. Okay, Now I want to give you some fun fax to demonstrate how quickly time passes. Isn't it true that it feels like time goes by like that? So 10 years from now, imagine 10 years from now. But for a second, I just want you think about this. 10 years ago, a company called the Facebook was registered on February 4th, 2000 and four. They used to be called the Facebook. My space was only one year old. I don't watch friends. It's a love friends. I swear. It was yesterday that I was watching new episodes. It's been 10 years, years since a new episode aired. Bridget Jones. We were seen those the Bridget Jones diary hasn't been one. How there hasn't been one in 10 years. Give you some perspective. Something to think about. Okay. So what do you want? What do you want in the next 6 to 10 years? If there were no limitations, what would you like in 6 to years? Shouted out to healthy kids, Joe? Two healthy kids. Great. I like to say healthy, too. Okay, Michelle, Uh, I, like, have my cookie show cooking show. You guys can go in business together. Here. You have a show. You make the cookbook like we're finding synergy. Okay. Cooking show. Chatted out. Master's degree Masters. Great arena. Move my show from traveling so much into my retreat center. We're showing to the retreat center and three of you who said he Air k said you'd on this. And you said you've never done this. Never done this type of goal setting. You know, I actually I actually have done goal setting like this, but never like, written down, like on a vision board. I've done it. Okay, cool. But not like writing it down, as in, you know, cool. So you're gonna see how powerful it could be. So you can do both, by the way. Great to have vision. I mean, it worked for me. I didn't read the words. I will have a stepdaughter in two years, but I did. Okay, Cool. So this is what you do now? I want you to do this at home right now. Write things down and remember, on the money mastery map, remember what it says. Revisit, revise, recommit. Write that down. Revisit. Revise. Recommit. Today I'm going to go over what you do daily to remind you what you do weekly, what you do monthly, what you do, quarterly, what you do yearly. And some of these things you're gonna need to revisit, revise and recommit. Especially quarterly and yearly. Because things change. You change. And even if you've done this before, I would guess that maybe you didn't look at it every day. You didn't always see the target. Maybe got further away. Maybe you were spinning around. Okay. 11 to 20 years give you some fax. Forrest Gump came out 20 years ago. You got old Lion King? Came out 20 years ago. I was like, Are you serious? My husband gave me the stakes. Kurt Cobain committed suicide. I remember that well, computer game companies who released games like Donkey Kong they used to release V. H s trailers. They send these VHS tapes trailers to try to promote the new Games 20 years ago has a lot changed in the last years. In 1994. Listen to this. Listen to this. In 1994 there were 67 mobile phones for every 1000 people. 67 cell phones per 1000. Today, one of one. It's probably more than 1 to 1. A lot of people have two cellphones, and if you add the IPad and this and that, there are more cell phones than people on this Earth. Just last. It's only been 20 years, Frank. In 1994 Michael Jackson married Lisa Marie Presley. Michael Jordan. I want to play basketball and here's a fun one for Are you all you young ins at home? Justin Bieber was born. Okay, that's fun stuff. So write down. If there were no limitations, what would you like in 11 20 years? Write it down. Capture it. Shot him out here. 11 to retired with abundant bank account. No financial stress retire. Say it again. Abundant abundant bank account and no financial stress. Abundant bank account. No financial stress. Great. What else? Now those of you again listening at home, it's kind of nice to hear some people shout things out because maybe it's like, Oh, yeah, That reminds me like I want something like that. But you don't need it, right? I'm just giving example. So you know how the process works. Because I don't want you to just sit here and then just like, go do it on your own. And then you're like, How do I do that again? Like it seems really simple. It is really simple. But you just need to, like, take the time. Sit down, write it down. I'm gonna show you how to bring out together with your partner. Okay. What else? 11 to 20 years. I like to magically have grandchildren. Although I don't have Children of my own grandchildren Magically. Okay, Work for may. Not that I have a grandchild, but I have a daughter that I didn't OK, you got it. So what else? Couple more. A really hard time. You interesting? So what's coming up for you? This is great. So tell me what's coming up for you? I'm not even aware of what's coming up for we and usually I'm pretty good about tapping in of to, like, being aware of what blocks they might have or what it is. Um, but I don't have a very good anther ist. Okay, let's do this. Let's do this. Okay? Because you might get stock, those of you at home, you might get stuck, and so that's OK. And it's okay if you don't do perfectly, you revisit you revise, we commit. But let's just see if I can get something out, and this is what I'm gonna do. So 1 to 5, give me two things that you said. So, um, one new thing is I'd like to buy a house for my parents. That's in 1 to 5. Well, I guess that might be more. Let's go. It's OK. Let's make sure to 6 to 10. That's okay. So spend at least three months abroad. Three months. Okay. What else? He said a kid. Right. Well, one kid, young kid. Okay. Anything else that you got there? Um, a house of the yard in a garden. All right, house of the art in Garden. Now check this out. Okay? If this were to happen and assuming it does happen those you know NLP doing that on purpose, assuming that this does happen and here you are now, one year to five years from now Here you are traveling abroad. Three months out of the year. You have a child. How old is that child? Let's just given by the end of the five years to two, you have a two year old. You live in a house with a yard and garden. Now that you have this, what would you like in 6 to 10 years? Okay. I like to buy my parents a house. Yep. What else? To healthy kids. And so you got one. Let's just due to the until the end of just to make it easy, So too So two years old, I said at the end of five years, right? So five more years, seven. So one of them seven and the other kid is five five. So actually, that means OK, well, you had it right at the end. Let's go. OK? It doesn't matter. I'm just trying to get you to vision it. So you bought a house for your parents? You have two healthy kids. 17 once, five anything. Well, what I'd like to do is put like a business, Golan. But because I sort of, like I'm just in the very infancy of all that. I think that's where I'm having a really hard time because it's easier for me to do some of these. Okay, let me ask you different question. Here's another way to look at it. If you could wave a magic wand, you know, and the next 1 to 5 years, what would you like with your business? I'd like to have a wait list of clients. Great. Wait. List of clients. Great. In 6 to 10 years if you can wave a magic wand. Assuming that you have a wait list of clients, what would you like in your business? Um, And like a on online program. But actually, I feel like I could do that. And 1 to 5. Okay, what else and then this is, uh so you have a wait list of clients of an online program 6 to 10 years. You have a better online program, right? Okay. Like that? Yep. What else? What about like, let's say you have an online program. Are you making passive income from it? Yeah. How much income? 6 10 years. How much extra income from your online program are you making? A $1,000,000. $1,000,000. Sweet. So a second ago, you didn't know how to answer that. And now you dio 11 to 20. Plus, assuming you have a weightless of clients in online program, you now have a better online program and you've had it for a while and it's growing. And you're making a 1,000,000 a year passively from your online program. What's happening in 11 to years with your business? This is where, like, my limiting beliefs come in Awesome. And I just I resist I very far because the lino 1,000,000 a year, that sort of takes me to my comfort, like taking me to the edge of my comfort zone and then like to go beyond that. I feel I'm aware that I have some, like, resisting in some inner critic that says like, Well, that would never happen. Um, that's okay. Yeah, that's OK. You can and I, By the way, I've experienced the exact same thing. So my husband, I was going to use this example later, but it'll come up again. So my husband, he's he thinks really, really big, and we're sitting down. We've done this several several times with this all the time and, um, he and he had said he wants to make a an extra $1,000,000 in our businesses, Like together, you know? So we were kind of joining this and, um, like if it freaked me out like I was just like extra $1,000,000 a year, like I cannot even fathom that. And he was talking in the 1 to 5 year period and for me, like I see, like how already on the how how is that gonna happen? And he doesn't think about the how he's just in dream Storm. He's just dreaming, and I'm thinking about how that's gonna happen then I don't think it's realistic and there's a fear. I don't even know what it is, but there's a fear inside me that doesn't want to put it down on paper. And I'll tell you, actually, do you know what it iss? What is that fear? See if you know what what did this? Is it the fear of it actually happening? Okay, so 111 option is a year. If it's your fear of success and then there's failure and then the other is failure. Most likely, it's actually failure. But it could be either. I'm afraid of both. I'm totally afraid of both. I'm afraid that if I say let's I mean, we're talking money. I mean, money doesn't mean anything. It means everything and nothing, right? We've already discovered that money values what's important about money to you. It's never about money. What? This is the money course, what you talking about? But it's never about money, even a 1,000,000 a year. Why do we want to make over a 1,000,000 like millions per year? Because we know that when we're making millions per year, we're helping more people. We can contribute more, we can give back more. The only way we're gonna make millions per year is if we're helping more people have people paying us for our value, so that's really just a byproduct of us helping more people. But what I realized well, if I if I write down, let's say millions per year I write that down and then I don't get it. In the 125 years, I feel like a failure. I wrote it down. There's proof, and I'm like, It feels bad to me. My husband, he doesn't care. He writes it down. Doesn't matter if he makes it or not. He gets closer to the target. So now he's closer and it's easier to hit it. So he gets closer and it's easier to hit it. And it's easier to hit it cause you keep getting close to you. Make your milestones. You make progress and progress equals. Remember that way you got it. You got six physical success. I'm also afraid of success. But here's the thing, like what happens if people are counting on me relying on me? All of you at home are relying on me toe help you change your life. That's a lot of pressure, but here's the point. I'm bringing this up because it's so intertwined with everything we've talked about your belief systems, and that's gonna come up and some of you are gonna be writing and you're gonna want to stop, and they're like, This isn't comfortable and most people when they're not comfortable. Like if you're sitting in the sea and if you've ever meditated and you're not allowed to move it a 10 day retreat to meditate for for 10 hours a day for 10 days, you are uncomfortable. You're like, I just want to move my foot. But if you don't move, if you just sit in it eventually the pain goes away and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the feeling will go away. So not feeling well, go and your leg falls. Okay, so all this stuff is coming up. But what I want to bring you back to is right now you're just dreams storming. So even if it's uncomfortable because even though sitting there is uncomfortable, it helps me grow. I want you to be uncomfortable because everything you want Have you seen this before? This is your comfort zone. Everything that you want that you do not have. Where is it outside of it? Outside your comfort zone is that one is the one thing you have actually got some of our chatters sharing their getting into that vision space. I don't know if it's comfortable or not, but in face says that they're 11 to 20 year plan is to travel the world. Five years would be Teoh be in a new home. Back East. Ah, 6 to 10 years is to open the business and then travel the world. So, um, moving back east, opening the business, traveling the world and then making that the long term plan is Is that in the right direction, Robin Perfect. Yeah, it's in the right direction. If you feel like it's what you want and if you if you like, you feel uncomfortable. But you still kind of want to just write it down, even if you're scared or not gonna get there. So in the next 11 to 20 years, what would you like? He could wave a magic wand. Created an online program for family nutrition, online family nutrition program. By the way, it doesn't have to have anything to do with money. If you help enough people, the money will come. Sometimes you want to focus on that money, because money that might be like one of those goals is a number. It's it's a it's a measurable target, but this doesn't have to have anything to do with money. But most likely Everything you're gonna want is going to either cost you money, time or energy. Okay? Anything else you can think of? Does it feel easier now that you have a couple things to ask yourself? Um, and I guess, like there, as I'm struggling through this, I'd like to have two kids who have positive goal and, like, money beliefs. Okay, let me ask you a great question. Positive goals. Money believes this is great. That's so great. Now, what's the easiest way to give your Children positive goals and money? Example? Oh, for example, that's money parenting. By the way you do it, then they're gonna do it. It's not guarantee, but it's very, very likely.

as a participant in the course, and now a week later, going back thru watching the videos, following along with the book, doing the homework again, i have to say i am still 1000% overjoyed that i put my business launch on hold to attend Robyn's course and Attend to my Life and my Relationship and put them first for the first time in my adult life. i went into this with an open mind, believing whatever i got out of it would be greater than what i came into it with and by the end of the first day i felt like i had won the lottery! i was terrified to sit down and figure out our net worth, believing we were Billions of dollars in the red. but lo and behold, when i just put the battle ax down and did the work it turned out our assets had us sittin' pretty. Imagine my shock! my entire outlook changed, my beliefs were able to shift and i've been able to make grand changes in the way i deal with money in even the smallest of ways since then. i found that piece to be so phenomenally empowering habits i thought i'd never break are totally conscious decisions now, before i reach in my wallet i ACTUALLY THINK do i WANT to spend this on that right now? or would i rather SAVE it for later. I don't even have to have a goal in mind. the image of our assest growing is a serious turn on! Robyn's light hearted approach really brought my guard down, she gave me facts and knowledge first, when i was handed that 150 page book, i said to myself, "self i said, knowledge, cool." then she walked on stage with her sense and humor and i said, "AND Robyn's funny- BONUS! i'm definitely learning something, let's go!" and learn i did. I'm thrilled at the follow up and i'd say to anyone considering if they should invest in this course, it's unorthodox in the least, and if you're open and willing to do the work, it can, as i am living witness, be absolutely transformative. personally and triangularly- that being between you, your hunny & your money. take it if you dare to break free of whatever bonds are holding you from living with your love in your highest purpose, calling, and love light! If i could gift one thing on this earth this moment to everyone i love it would be taking this course with Robyn. (holdin the space, prayin n holdin the space...)

I absolutely LOVE Robyn Crane. What a great teacher. My man agreed to go through the video course and complete the workbook with me based on a clip he saw one clip of the course. We've gone through half the manual workbook and have been able to communicate better outside of the work, already. I am feeling better about talking with my spouse about money than ever, and we're both learning more about each other's ideas about money and our beliefs. Wow. That's an eye opening experience, I thought I knew what he thought about money and goals but I was surprised a lot at the answers he wrote in the workbook. Sharing with eachother is key-- I'm so pleased with the results and we're not even half way done! That you Robyn and thank you Creative Live!
