Hello, Internet and welcome to Creativelive. This is Day two of Melanie Duncan's Unlock the Power of Pinterest. And my goodness, did we learn a lot about Pinterest? Who knew how much there was to learn not just over one day, but three days. And Khalili and I were talking earlier just about how there's so much more to learn in this workshop than just Pinterest alone. We really are looking at bigger strategies around marketing itself, and so it's really, really exciting. My name is Ken Klosterman, and I will be your host today along with Khalili knocks. For those of you who were with us yesterday, those ah ha's there was so much that we learned. So give us some specifics and give us what type of business that you are in. So we'll go over and find out that a little bit first. But and we want to welcome our studio audience back for Day two back for more. Hello. We're gonna do intros again and we'd like your name. Where you from? Your business where we can find you online. And of course what? Your biggest ah ha moments are from yesterday. Hi, my name's Adam Nisbet. I'm here with artful gentlemen. We are a custom suiting in Tuxedo uh, Taylor here in San Francisco, and you can find us on Twitter at artful G. And basically my ah ha moment from yesterday was all the great design elements that way saw that we usedto captivate users on Pinterest. And that's one thing I really took away from yesterday. Awesome. I'm Alexis shown, and I am here with creativelive itself. Actually, I'm in the community marketing department and so I, uh, obviously can tell you that you can find us on Pinterest and Twitter at Creativelive, I would say the biggest Ah ha moment for me yesterday was that Pinterest is the fourth largest traffic driver on the Internet. Isn't that true, Melanie? Yes. And so I think that just finding ways that you can drive traffic to different parts of your site Different blog's different newsletters, anything that you can sign up for just straight from Pinterest. That was my biggest moment, where I'm like All right. Yes, we can do this for us. Um, I'm Rachel Ralston, and I, uh, own a design and branding company. Um, I my biggest take away from the day yesterday was that for me, connecting social media has been really challenging. And, um, and something has clicked for me, learning all the detail and how everything connects in a new way and hearing a new voice on that has really made it. I have ah, much deeper understanding for how everything works. So that's really awesome. My name is Denise on. I am the owner. Um, I had several ah ha moments yesterday. One of them was that Pinterest doesn't have to be this big, scary, disorganized monster that I currently have it being it. It's not gonna be that difficult to organize it and put it all together in a cohesive way that can broaden my audience. So that was awesome. And the other thing that was a really big ah ha moment for me was design elements with our images and how important it is to elevate your brand by using beautiful, clean, simple images to attract more people and being consistent with your voice and your brand so and thank you toe the presenters yesterday it was an awesome day. Multimillion dollar businesses that have grown from Pinterest actually working, and I love that you are integrating those real life examples You've been featured on entrepreneur, Women's, Entrepreneur magazine and other media outlets. What an incredible amount of GREAT information that Melanie gives in this course!
