Kari Kinsey Video 2 Evaluation
we're going to show one more, and this is again that progress. So we're gonna have carries video on Gary, just, you know, to keep it consistent. Will you do an intro just in case we have new people today so they can get to know you a little bit and tell him about your video. Sure. Okay. I'm Carrie Kinsey, and I, um, a health and fitness coach, personal trainer, Um, and cooking teacher. So I do all things health, helping people get healthy and feel good. So this'll video is nothing to do my video from yesterday, but that's okay. The video that you shared yesterday was something you had already made, right, Because you didn't have time. We didn't give them much time to make their first video either. Were pretty mean like that. But it was a video that she had gotten a great response from, so I thought it was smart to share it. But, you know, you're from out of state from Ohio, and you don't have the kitchen or being water to kind of recreate that, So I'm gonna let it slide. But why? So wh...
at made you pick this? I mean, if you basically have the liberty to do anything, Whereas everybody else was kind of redoing something they had already done. So to reiterate the brainstorming process that we went through yesterday, how did you use that to come to this video? Honestly, it was, I guess, just kind of a real life experience, Like we mean when I talk about on here like we sat for a really long time. And so I was ready to, like, get up and move. And so I just kind of did like a fitness thing were to show to that you came when you're on vacation, you can still get that in and you get so Okay, well, let's watch it. I mean, which is amazing. I've been me for seven hours And did you hear? Okay, so what we had to do here because there's a song in it and we can't play on creative life because it's a popular song, and that actually kind of draws attention to one of the things that you are going to come across doing. YouTube videos, royalty free music. That's like your saving grace because you can't just go and get Taylor Swift song and put it on your video, you will get your videos blocked. You'll get in trouble. And if you keep doing it, you won't be able to be on YouTube. So Teoh kind of their rate. It cut her off. She basically said, I can work out here. And then she did a jump cut to a different location or here and then she did 1/3 location. Or I can work out here. And then she it has her IPhone because she's talking about how you can work out on an IPhone or your IPad from anywhere, even if you're on vacation. So it shows her, like with her IPhone, and then she sets it down and she starts doing this new brand new dance workout video E It looks pretty. Oh, away. Her moves were to the music perfectly losing. I know half the dance if you want to learn it later. Uh, he did say that you posted these to your YouTube channel somehow so people can check them out if they want to. You want Explain how, yes. So YouTube has playlist, so I could make a playlist of all my videos. All makeup tutorials are all hair tutorials or all my favorite videos having to do with a specific topic. So what I did is I went and made a playlist of all of your videos first and second tries, and I put him at the top of my YouTube channel. So if everybody watching wants to be able to see the real life uncut, unedited versions of the videos of the lie participants made, you can go watch those especially you have to go and listen to the music and how it makes the video completely different, especially when you're when she's dancing to the beat and it really she's selling a product. But you don't really get that because she's talking about how she's fixing a personal problem, which is She sat all day, and it made her feel lumpy, and she wants to get up in the active. And now that Beachbody has great on demand videos and workouts, you can do it from your IPhone, your laptop, your ipads. And so she's showing how she did that and how you could do it anywhere. And I think it's really well done in terms of just, you know, being real and being you and, um, just being brain and like dancing and having fun and making me want to learn. And I honestly, after I watched, I went and looked up this video. What? Coming up in size nine in of exercise. It's a dance, a dance workout program. So you don't like your exercising? Yeah, I think I can get on board with that. Maybe I definitely had a lot of feedback from the positive feedback we have love this video. I really like blood type videos. It felt very genuine and engaging despite the lack of music. Just good travel tester. Even without the music, I feel energetic already. Love. How she shows us who can be active anywhere seems very doable. As a viewer, we did have comments that it needs a little bit better audio, especially in the gym, where it was kind of echoing but nice timing, fun video. But the echoing was a bit harsh. And then some folks recommending different ways to find open source music. Do you have any tea talking about that great locations to find it? I mean, so stay tuned. Spoiler alert. YouTube, they I mean, they created the problem so they offer some solutions. They're not great. But if you need something really fast, you can get royalty free music on YouTube. And also I want to remind everybody just because I know how hard it is to get feedback and criticism and whatnot. But we're aware that you made these videos at night and crappy lighting in this city where it's loud and every location has different audio problems. And then we take your music away. We're mean. And so way I say that. So you know that you've done amazing job and just the fact that you know how to do jump cuts and all these things that you didn't even know what they were yesterday. It just means you're next video when you're in a controlled setting and you actually do it on your own time. Nailed it already know you're gonna nail it. And a great content comment really like that. She explained the tips and then showed herself doing exactly what she said, You know, and that's I think that's great. Yeah, absolutely. Um, so does anybody else have any more comments on carry city on anybody's video so far in audience online anyway, Before I I just wanted to say thank you to everybody that's giving feedback. I really learned a lot from what people said about my video yesterday and tried to take it to heart and implement it in a really short time period. So I'm excited to utilize that even more moving forward and keep growing and learning. Oh, what could comment? Thank you. Well, I just want to say something that's held me back from doing YouTube is like I mentioned yesterday is I have three kids. I run a business from home and so I really don't think I had time like that was my big thing. Like, I do not have time to do this. But that video only took me like like editing was like an hour like it didn't take, and I have no clue what I'm doing. Like I was just seriously, like dragging stuff like no clue what I was doing. And I was just surprised it really didn't take very long at all. So that was kind of a good realization. Yeah, that's what that's what the literal d I y. And when it's a DIY I why you control everything you control? How much time you spend on it, you are 100% in control of the end result. And so if you don't have the time, then you say I don't have the time. So these riel raw videos are what you're going to get. And I know you're gonna be OK with that, because my audience doesn't have the time either. We're wiping peanut butter off our clothes and trying to shove everything in the closet before husbands get home. So, um, I know we have another comment from healthy. Thanks for this, because seriously have so much more confidence than I did before. Like I was like, I'm not gonna need YouTube. It's too hard is to whatever. And then I saw this classic. I'm like, OK, I was going to see what she has to say. And at the beginning, I was still even just kind of like how there's just so much to it. Like I know this is really good information, but I still can't do it myself. And then last night, I like did to videos because I was like, just keep going to my husband. He's like, OK, OK, because he's recorded me of course, but I just I just was so excited. I was like, Let's keep giving tips, Let's keep doing it. And I've even had a great response from my Facebook. Like, I wasn't going to share it to Facebook like actual Facebook that I was like, Who cares? This is how we start, right? And it's a good tip I give. So I'm gonna do it. So just thinks Yes. Well, you're welcome. No problem. I just If anything, I'm here because I cried a lot. I wasted a lot of time. I wasted a lot of money trying to find every kind of solution, me doing it, paying other people to do it. And I'm probably aged quite a bit from it. Lost a few years off my life. So you're welcome from saving your life.

I enjoyed the class and learned many useful things I didn't know before. There are changes I would suggest. Too much time was spent viewing and critiquing existing videos. Demonstrating one (or more) of the free editing programs would be more helpful for beginners than showing how to use an expensive paid software. The information on selecting keywords should come earlier in the program (and SEO needs to be explained for those who don't know what it is and why it matters). More time should be devoted to editing info. More time should also be spent on the whole uploading process and on monetizing videos (and the benefits of doing that). Whippy is charming and knowledgeable but she had a tendency to get sidetracked on her own agenda (like searching for exactly when a company viewed her contest video). A general comment - it was hard to spend two full consecutive days watching this. I'm glad it fit my schedule but that was just lucky.

Well worth the time if you want to add videos to your business mix and don't know how to get started. Becki knows her stuff and makes each step easy to grasp, even for non-techies. I love her keep-it-simple approach and her positive outlook. The content was solid. Her delivery made it fun to learn.

Absolutely fabulous! Tons of down-to-earth info on YouTube, recording a video, editing a video, working within the parameters of YouTube's functionality, and much more. Whippy is knowledgeable and experienced. She shares her knowledge willingly, with humor, compassion, and integrity. It's the best course I've seen on CreativeLive, and I've seen many.
