Kelsey Tuia Video Evaluation

So let's go ahead and have Chelsea take the mic and stand up. I just want you to tell what you do super quick and maybe like a header, like an intro to what your video is. It's Kelsey to you, my company. Is your life revamped? And I'm a professional organizer in homes offices, your life basically. So I have no idea what I'm doing. My cute husband is behind this IPhone and don't where we fought during it because he's trying to help me. And I'm like, Stop talking. I cannot look at you and do this So it's kind of crazy in my house. Haven't organizer in my house is pretty organized. I'll be honest. But this moment it's Matt. I've been traveling a lot, So this is on my porch. Get excited. But it at least tells what Ideo and I'm excited to learn. Okay, Can't wait to watch it. So here we go. And just so you know, I cut out a lot. We had a Where do these air just exerts from your video? So sorry, but so much positive feedback. I can't wait to share, But you guys observations comments, Sana. It...

was kind of hard to hear, and not just because I'm deaf in one year but so enunciation and I couldn't I just couldn't really hear very well. Good comment. I also think that the and I have seen the struggle a lot with the up and down camera, as opposed to the side to side on that. You know, that can be distracting for the viewer. But I also agree with the volume of it way had made Who says in all caps, it's in Portrait. I didn't even realize until right now, but that's what it looked like. I was like, Well, the oh yeah, anybody else here in the room, we definitely online. But I'd love to get you guys first. I just want actually, I liked how she kind of laid out what exactly she's going to be doing. So people know what to expect when they come to her or have her come in, they know exactly what's gonna happen. So I thought that was really helpful. Yeah. I mean, you use that outline that that came in the quick start guide, basically, and I think just following that helps you know what the next step is or what the next thing would be to say. And I wish we had the time to see the whole video because you had so many great tips. But let's before we get t my comments. I want to get some on line one way. Had a lot of comments about portrait mode landscape on the audio. Those were kind of the two big ones we did have. Melissa, who said it feels too scripted for Melissa's taste way, had a guess. Who says she could have paused a tiny bit more between sentences? For people like me who are slow and then, uh, but this is Jed and I actually noticed Waas. You talk about organization, but you're in a space that doesn't demonstrate that at all. It's just kind of a blank space, as opposed to something that but somebody pointed out. Stephanie says she's got a great smile and is enthusiastic, but I feel like the table is a barrier between her and me. There's that separation there and then, yeah, Melissa also, I think she spoke way too quickly and just felt really scripted, great, and I mean those air such good comments that especially the table like that is. I mean, you have to think everything that's in your video is a potential toe. Add value to it or to take away or at distraction, whether it's birds and cars driving in the background or, you know, the angle that you set your camera, even if it's not in portrait. Sometimes if you have a video from down here, people are just gonna be like I can't hear anything over her nose hair. It's like there. There's so many different things t think of, and all of those seem and feel very overwhelming at first. But once you start to practice, it becomes so easy and there's things that you just automatically will dio because you'll learn you'll never make that mistake again and that of doing it in Portrait. So that's the beauty of Keep in mind. If I aimed my first video to try and be like a video I've done recently, I would have never posted because there never would have happened without messing up so many times and never would have made that progress so. But I love and the other thing that I want to point out to, especially the people watching with the quick start guide. Most of you guys there doing a script for the first time ever. So a lot of these videos who have done scripts Yeah, it will feel a little bit more scripted and foreign because they're trying something they've never done. They they're used to just talking about what's on their mind and not thinking about what they're going to state next. So keep that in mind the A little bit open minded about the scripts, because you will get used to that. We are going through these videos. I want to remind everyone at home that basically we got there's this quick start guide that you put together that has this assignment that we want you guys at home to also do so. If you are SPP for this course, you go to the course paid, which is the easiest way is to click the name of the course in the top left corner of the page on the RCP. It's a big blue button on the right hand side, the page. You can't miss it. Then you can scroll down and download that, and there are a lot of other bonus materials that are available to you for R S, V P. Go ahead and do that, and we're gonna want to see what you do with those videos later on. Now you guys could do it like a breaker at lunch. And then we have a Facebook group that set up for this for this whole course, and it's facebook dot com slash groups slash w c success society. So go ahead, search for that. And if you can't find it, go to the chat room and we'll have a link there for you. But we want to see her videos. We want to see you improve, and we want to see you helping each other to improve its go ahead and go to that Facebook group, join it and participate by our sweeping downloading those bones materials. Yeah, I really I want a second. I think I know it's like, not find to be challenged to put yourself out there. That's one of the hardest things, especially when things can go viral. You just never know. And you never want to be the viral video. That's like viral for a bad reason. Like maybe you like Space Planet on creative life and your high heels or something. I don't know, but I personally will be going on there and watching all the videos and all your feedback. And I tell people any time, any time I present any time I work with a new client, I say I want your feedback at the end. And if you give me all compliments, I'm gonna think you're lying because there's always something that I can do better. And I want to be better because I love looking back and hating something. And I did yesterday because I know tomorrow's gonna be that much better. So please share your videos in the Facebook group. All right? Well, and, Kelsey, I loved your enthusiasm and just your authenticity as well. Even with the script. Like, you know, You know what you dio and you can your passion for what you do, translates. And I loved your call to action at the end. You know where to find me. I'm all I'm stealing them. You know where to find me a way VK dot com So great. I love the clear closing and the clear called action that the end was on point

I enjoyed the class and learned many useful things I didn't know before. There are changes I would suggest. Too much time was spent viewing and critiquing existing videos. Demonstrating one (or more) of the free editing programs would be more helpful for beginners than showing how to use an expensive paid software. The information on selecting keywords should come earlier in the program (and SEO needs to be explained for those who don't know what it is and why it matters). More time should be devoted to editing info. More time should also be spent on the whole uploading process and on monetizing videos (and the benefits of doing that). Whippy is charming and knowledgeable but she had a tendency to get sidetracked on her own agenda (like searching for exactly when a company viewed her contest video). A general comment - it was hard to spend two full consecutive days watching this. I'm glad it fit my schedule but that was just lucky.

Well worth the time if you want to add videos to your business mix and don't know how to get started. Becki knows her stuff and makes each step easy to grasp, even for non-techies. I love her keep-it-simple approach and her positive outlook. The content was solid. Her delivery made it fun to learn.

Absolutely fabulous! Tons of down-to-earth info on YouTube, recording a video, editing a video, working within the parameters of YouTube's functionality, and much more. Whippy is knowledgeable and experienced. She shares her knowledge willingly, with humor, compassion, and integrity. It's the best course I've seen on CreativeLive, and I've seen many.
